  1. Ehh. Chris Trappasso, Buffalo Rumblings editor-in-chief. Western New York native. Sorry not much more valid than 99% of the extreme homerism you have at BBMB.
  2. I could see Beane as a very good golfer, not a long hitter but very consistent, very calm quiet, methodical, pretty much the direct opposite of Josh, hits the ball a mile and never stops trash talking.
  3. So what country club do they (Allen & Beane) belong to?
  4. I dont recall, google, I dont really care if PA has them or not, i know for a fact they are now in Houston.
  5. Ever see Tariq Thomson one of our backup safeties from San Diego State play? Sounds intelligent and very nice man.
  6. Are there in and out burgers in Pennsylvania? Now locations can be found in 19 states, including five stores in Pennsylvania, as well as 11 other countries. The chain keeps its menu simple: burgers, fries, shakes and drinks. In-N-Out Burger opened its first store in 1948, which was the first drive-through hamburger stand in California.May 18, 2017
  7. Makes total sense after that horrific injury, that has to be in the back of his mind every play.
  8. Prove? I have a headache and blacked out, i might have had a concussion or the beginning of CTE. You think they are going to force the player to play, not a change in hell. I hear about it ad nauseam down here on the radio, two guys I would like to never hear about again: Deshaun Watson and Aaron Rodgers.
  9. What is your point? I hear McClain about every day including today. Let me put things into context. Your comment, " The crazy thing was when they were playing Watson at safety last week. Wouldn’t you want to make sure he doesn’t get injured? " Let me re-iterate, they were NOT playing him at safety, they had him stand there where the safety was supposed to be, there was zero change of him getting injured. Watson usually does next to nothing but stand around so they needed a warm body. If you want to make a big deal out of it , that is up to you. And read it again, they were " tried to end TC early altogether". Let me reiterate, they were trying to end access to the media to training camp, that is all. One day they allowed media access only to the first half hour, and that is when McClain got all emotional and complained to the NFL and the NFL said the media had to be allowed access for the entire practice. If you want to draw this wild conclusions, go ahead.
  10. Calm down. No they did not try to end TC early. And Watson did not "play" safety, they needed an extra body to stand in where the safety was supposed to be, there was zero chance of him getting hurt. One day the media was allowed only for the first hour of practice, then someone complained and the Texans were told by the league they had to allow the press access, that is the entire story. The Texans want to be Patriot South, why they hired Nick Caserio and they envision hiding from the media is one way to achieve it. You cant force someone to play, then he will suddenly will have a hurt ankle. He wlil never take a snap as a Texan again as long as that doofus Cal McNair owns the team.
  11. The Jets scenario is crazy, I can understand the competition in Jacksonville.
  12. Playoff football. I think Andy Reid who has had a lot more experience post season understood that better then the Bills. Remember the Bills-Washington Super Bowl, that was the reason why we lost, imo. They brutalized our receivers and we had no answer (except a penalty on Reed for losing his cool),
  13. I cant wait for Mac Jones to try to keep up has accuracy and throw into NFL sized windows as 300 lb man are about to crush hi,, then we wlil see what kind of great QB he is. Playing QB at Alabama is hardly a test of great skill, it was probably more difficult for him to get the starting job practicing versus Alabama defense then it was to play other teams. To me he is the most interesting rookie playing this year. If he is a total bust, I wont be shocked, he might even be be cached to be "great" if Bleichek can do the intermediate passes to TEs ad slot receivers.
  14. I read that list, for me it lost any credibility after the first 10, he claims Richard Sherman is the 11th best CB in the NFL, what a joke. Is this sarcasm or has Tua in fact looked "good to great"? I am firmly in the camp that Tua will be at best a mediocre NFL starting NFL qb.
  15. Thanks, have been listening to it the past hour. Informative, not a lot of useless babble and Joe is well spoken. Much better than trying to listen to the intermittent WGR crap, esp the Bulldog. Thanks.
  16. There is a lot of truth in that, maybe Breida can be the answer, I for one am an Antonio Williams supporter..
  17. "There is still a significant gap between he [Brown] and Dawkins, though." Well, when a team has a true Franchise LT, there is gonna be a big drop-off between the starter and a raw rookie. Agree 100%. Did he think a rookie picked late in RD3 after a few weeks of camp is going to match up to a vet like Dawkins?
  18. Bruce played in a different era. His then nose tackle Jeff Wright played at 274, How many 274 lb nose tackles are playin gin the nfl today?
  19. should have been much higher. How does he rank Jim Irsay near the top of the list.
  20. There are quality DEs of that weight in the NFL but it is small. Maybe one of the reasons why our run D is so dreadful, running teams can wear down guys that size.
  21. Greatest trade in NFL history was the haul the Cowboys got for a soon to be washed up Herschel Walker, helped set up the Cowboys dynasty.
  22. Why? Did the 2nd half kickoff in the Playoffs versus the Texans scar you that much?
