  1. think if they had, a Jets high draft pick could up up being extremely valuable. I would have considered it for a first not they would offer that to any team much less a Division rival.
  2. Warring sucks. He was somewhat a joke in Houston, they used to call him "water polo boy". He is somewhat another potential "Bills project", he was "extremely raw" as a football player, looked more like an athletic model than football player. Put it this way, he was so bad the Texans cut him.
  3. Yeah no kidding, you dont hear much about the great Genius of Andy Reid this year do you?
  4. No. NFL is now too dynamic. Look at the Chiefs and the great Mahomes and the brilliant Andy Reid, they were going to win multiple SBs and now they likely wont make the playoffs. This year/era like the recent ones, teams will come and go in prominence quickly.
  5. Debatable but it was not a heart attack most of us are familiar with. He was hit so hard his aorta was severed from his heart so yes in fact he died of a heart attack but it wasn't a "heart attack" most of us are familiar with.
  6. No way, their backup is Logan Woodside!
  7. This was the laughable strategy as set up by the Jets, especially with a rookie QB that was highly limited the number of games played in college. Wilson's trajectory will be Sam Darnold #2, let him waste away at the jets and get traded for next to nothing in a few years as the Jets sign their next savior.
  8. I would be shocked if Zach Wilson makes a difference in a W/L versus the jets. So we may face yet another another scrub 2nd string QB, at least Mike White is not a rookie. We might be setting a record of QB opponent ineptitude this year.
  9. It is really easy to have a consistent offense game plan when you have a Derrick Henry in your backfield. Probably no offensive Non-QB is more important in the NFL.
  10. He did, he was able to complete a lot of p[asses in the middle of the field to fairly open receivers in relatively soft zone. He is such an "Alabama" type QB, can complete the short & intermediate easy throws .
  11. Mahomes is clearly not playing better than Allen right now, that was heresy a few weeks ago but now reality.
  12. There is now way the average $200k per game, more like $200k for an entire year.
  13. "Hughes’ best rushes came after he had some rest." That comes with the territory of a 33 yr old defensive end that has a lot of energy.
  14. Edmunds and his length and speed really were a difference maker in that game. Hyde and Poyer each had a great game, what an incredible tandem we have and credit to Leslie Frazier, dynamic game plan and his men followed through and didn't make any major errors that I saw. Defense is a well oil machine right now.
  15. Looks like a great time. No offense and yes a lot of happy drunks and i will be nice but that "band" is not the best..... Brooke Lee isnt bad.
  16. that is a lot more interesting debate than Ranch versus Blue Cheese/
  17. Didn't Davis drop a TD, it was a difficult catch but one normally made in the NFL
  18. The term "journalism" is long dead. It is now advancing an agenda and yes even in sports. So i made a mistake and heard about how Lamar Jackson "heroically" won the gams on MNF. Not a peep about the goofy be speckled kicker that missed a PAT and field goals but the hero Lamar, now the MVP front runner won it. I can tell most of the times the "take" some blabbering East Coast/West coast egotist is going to take. Now with 24/7 media and widespread free social media, the "truth" or reality is whatever you want to hear.
  19. Brady collapses so does Tampa Bay. Blaine Gabbert wont win many gmes
  20. I dont think Mark Davis can be confused with a Mensa Member. He had to beg and comically over pay Gruden to join back at the Raiders. Davis is a simple guy, he wanted a huge and splashy move to prove his is not "the man". He wanted to relive the glory days of the Raiders hence bring back Chuckie. The Mayock hire was even worse. Having said that, Davis is not a functional idiot (although you cant tell my his appearance, you think he could afford a better haircut) I think the hire will almost assuredly be an AA after the idiocy of what the Raiders are going through now.
  21. Brady is absurdly young, he just turned 32 and NFL HC imo would be way over his head. He rode the coattails of Joe Burrow at LSU and not much beyond that. Besides they are not going to hire a super you inexperienced white male when you have qualified AA coaches available. The Raiders post Gruden debacle have to be politically correct.
