Didn't have Josh, but beating the Falcons early in the 2017 season was a turnaround as it relates to how I viewed the team. Players were buying into McDermott and the additions of Trey, Poyer & Hyde were so crucial in that early success.

Any season ticket holder will tell you that the last two years have been dogs*** in terms of home game weather. We're lucky to have a guy that will even attempt a pass in some of these games. Its hilarious to watch opposing QBs and kickers try to figure out the winds in the stadium.

Its weather. Even the nice home games aren't always great throwing conditions. Would be interesting to look at his poor home splits and see how other QBs played that day.

I'm one of those, "I love 1 PM home games" people, but give me the Thanksgiving night game at home. I know its probably a popular idea, but I think the rule should be: If you win on Thanksgiving, you get to host the following Thanksgiving. I realize its not for everyone, but the Bills have played well on Thanksgiving and it's made my favorite holiday that much better.

Home field advantage is more than Josh slinging it around the yard. Opposing QBs & special teams units need to deal with it as well. We just need to suck less than they do. I have a funny feeling that keeping snow on the field yesterday was a choice made by the team to see how they played in it. The hashs and sidelines were perfectly clean of snow, so they definitely had the option to clear the field.

I love when we can run it, but its not our identity. We need to attack differently against certain coverages. Last year we stretched defenses horizontally with Mckenzie sweeps. Those have been all but eliminated from the playbook. Getting back to that style of offense would be more beneficial than trying to force a between the tackles running game.

Whoever thought the Pats were going to lay down and die because 5 of their starts opted out last year and returned this year wasn't paying attention. If we don't start playing full 60 minute games, our matchuhps with the Pats will be tough contests.
