I don't think this has anything to do with the renderings. We are "close" to seeing those. If I had to guess, I'd say they need more time to finalize the community benefits agreement that is part of the new lease. Although it could be still needing settlement on other day, minor issues in the new lease itself. We probably won't ever know.

This happens regularly in negotiations and isn't a big deal. During our last set of negotiations at work we extended the prior contract four times before we finalized a contract. It's something that is done if both sides feel they are close to an agreement, making genuine progress, and just need a little more time.

At least it's finally over. Can't wait for the real season to start...

With him not playing tonight, the Bills have a few more days to investigate all options before final cuts are made. My guess is not disclosing these potential charges to the Bills before the draft will be his ultimate undoing and he will be cut. The Bills just need more time first, despite what their statement said.

I know how electric the crowd is and I've always loved it but I think you take any advantage you can. The video was planned. The player introductions with the lights off VS the pats in the playoffs was planned. Recognizing the Pegulas after they bought the team was planned. This would be no different.

As a nurse, this is exactly what I thought the moment I read the press release. Well, after praying for her and her family of course. It's also possible it was an MI and she is in rehab because it, or bypass surgery after it, has left her extremely weak. Either way. I wish her a speedy recovery and a long, healthy life.

It's my belief that IF they have renderings they have kept them under wraps because of other, more important news stories locally. It's a smart move to let the community heal first. We will see them at some point, I'm sure.

After 15 years in the new stadium, the amount the team would have to pay back to NYS and Erie County will start to decline. If they move at any time during the lease they will ALSO have to pay to demolish the stadium. All this, plus the NFL relocation fees means they ain't moving.
