Additionally, Von has been in the league a long time. The first step IMHO needs to be replacing Frazier. Our defense is too soft, this bend-don’t-break philosophy continues to screw us over, and I am tired of hearing how good our defense is and then not actually seeing it on the field. They’ve invested lots of money and picks on the D and we’re right where we were last year - done in the divisional. I know McD is a defensive coach but I hope he could be man enough to let someone come in with fresh ideas. And then there’s the O-line. But I can’t even go there right now.

I said on Sunday that I can handle a loss to KC or Cincinnati - it’s hard to put them in order from 1-3 but they and Buffalo are obviously the top of the conference. I don’t actually see either team as an underdog in this matchup. It’s definitely not Jax vs KC.

I feel better going into this weekend than I did pre-the Monday night game. Bengals banged-up OL is the biggest matchup in our favor. Defense needs to make Burrow feel like he’s back in 2021. He is much more of a traditional pocket passer than Allen/Mahomes/etc. They’re gonna score some points. We’re gonna score some points. It will be a close one. But I think Buffalo wins.
