You typically don't throw screens to slower, lumbering guys. Sure he can run people over, but he needs to get going first. In a quick screen like that, you need someone that can accelerate quickly

I stand corrected. However, as I said, people get blown up on blocks all the time. IMO this is a BS rule if it's enforced as much. If the QB is attempting to go after the ball carrier, he should be treated as any defender.
