Nothing is going to happen to Frazier. This ownership and fanbase views the current regime and coaches as saviors. Saints. For ending a playoff drought. Whoop dee doo. They fail to recognize that the drafting of Josh Allen and departure of Tom Brady has anything to do with it. Board members and my grandmother could coach the Josh Allen Bills to 10 wins per year.

Honestly, this would be the best thing to happen to this organization since 2018 (when Allen was drafted.) Why? A Jets AFC east crown and us missing the playoffs next year should be enough to fire McClappy. Until we do, this team isn’t going anywhere.

I’m about as confident after this presser as I was when Cincy went up 24-10 and McDermott elected to punt next drive. This regime will never get it done. We’re just wasting a generational talent at QB is all. Sad!

The amount of delusion on here is insanity. Eagles stunk 3 years ago and now about to go to the Bowl. Cincy? 2-14 2 years ago and now are a freakin powerhouse with twice the talent as us. Beane and McDermott probably need to both go, but I want McDermott more between the two. I think McClappy has had greater influence on draft picks than Beane…so hard to assess BBB with the clapper next to him 24/7.

I see 8-10 wins max with this current staff and roster. Jets will get a QB who’s manageable. Their defense is elite so with a qb that has a pulse, they will win more games next season. Wilson cost them 3-4 games alone last season. Tha wildcard is Miami. Loaded with talent but we all know their QB situation is shaky too. They gave us fits this year and won’t be an easy out. As long as Belichek is in New England, I’ll never write the pats off. Totally possible we miss tho to answer your question. This coaching staff is horrible and everything about this team rides on Josh Allen.

We get Payton, we win (multiple) Super Bowls with him and Josh Allen. Josh Allen is the most talented player in the NFL at the most coveted position…and he plays for us.

Yes to all points. I’ve been on the fire McDermott train since AFC Champ game 2020. He’s a perfect coach for a Houston or Carolina organization right now. He won’t take you from good to great tho. We are going to waste the best player to ever put a Bills helmet on. Legit going to walk away without a Super Bowl because of our stupidity to fire a defensive HC who claps 24/7 and drafts nothing but crap defensive talent every year.
