  1. his arm was not under it. it hit the ground. not a catch. why the hell did the ref not say WHY the play stands? they used to....
  2. i usually like them. but they do tend to talk about off the field stuff during the game. like they are watching it at their own house. i want to know who made the catch. who maded the tackle. i want to see a replay of holding calls and personal fouls....
  3. every time they went to commercial, they showed a clip of bruschi and played the "hero" song. i could take the first 2 times, but they showed it every damn time they went to commercial.
  4. ok, first off, i did not think we could beat New England. we never play well agenst them, and all this talk about bruschi just made it like some damn story tale. i can already see the NFL films thing 10 years from now about how he bravely did... bla bla bla.. ok, i know its a nice story, but was it really nessasary to mention him on EVERY defensive play. talk about what he did, where he was.... then go to commercial, only to have a little clip of him with "the hero song playing". then come back and talk about him while the pats are on offense. i mean come on. at first i didnt mind, but come on, i cant take 3 hours of that. the only good thing about it was that they didnt make us watch brady's feet , and listen to them get on their knees and brace for the money shot. also, i heard somethign that really ticked me off, on 3rd down, and 2, we did that toss option play. he got 3 yards and the first down. the damn announcer was like, "they only got 1 yard, they wasted that play. bad play call." bad call my ass, we got the 1st down. it cant be a bad call if we got the 1st down on 3rd down. as for the game, i felt we got very lucky in the first half. they had only, i think, 4 drives. 2 punts and 1 fumble. all that and we still only get 3 points at the half. with all we did, i felt we had to be up by atleast a few TD. it seemed we could consistantly complete the first down, but not when we crossed the 30. whats the point of driving 45 or 60 yards only to punt. McGahee consistantly got than 3 yards a carry. a few 10 yarders, but i expect him to get 4+ yards a carry. watching him getr 3 yards alost every time... was a little frustrating. i like our run first gameplan. setting up managable 3rd downs. the drop by Reed, fumble by Holcomb, and !@#$ed up punt return by Parrish cost us the game. we played well enough to win, but !@#$ed it up in the end. how the hell is clements going to give up that TD, or even that long pass play. i mean come on. he had a few great plays, only to completly !@#$ up the next. Shobel played great. the refs COMPLETLY screwed up that replay. (when all the announcers all say it will be overturned, it should be.) i was shocked to say the least. all in all, i think we showed can can play with the pats. they are not what they were due to injuries. we can still take this division. we just need to play a complete football game.
  5. he should have caught the damn thing first. if he catches it, and returns it to the ~50 yard line (which is reasonable since there were no real defenders near him), we had ~25 seconds to try for the endzone. a real !@#$ up.
  6. exactly. but KH HAD to know that there was only a very small chance that moulds could have broken 2 tackles and picked up 7 yards after the catch.
  7. and who will be out #1 CB? a high paid FA? cus thomas and greer can NOT be that shut down CB we need on D.
  8. lol, that was i read on KFFl... i can see it happneing. i can also see us franchising him and signing him to a lng term deal. i do NOT want McGee to be our #1 CB. but i think we can afford both. McGee's deal was not that much. and if you dont resign clements, than who would you resign??
  9. i agree with just about everyting. but we must not blitz our OLBs to the outside. almost all the big run plays we give up on D come on blitzes to the outside. willis needs to run well, Holcomb needs to have a high completion % (not nessasaraly any real deep passes, but i would like to see ~3 shots deep to evans). LIMIT TURNOVERS. no INTs and no fumbles. STs must play well as always. a TD from McGee would defiantly be a great thing.
  10. i thaught Holcomb was the "spark" that was gunna turn things around. Holcomb has won 2 of the last 3. hes playing MUCH better than JP was. its our D thats loosing games for us now.
  11. so tell me... what do you have agenst McGahee???? do you like to see 45 passing plays and 10 run plays? i dont. Martz is a moron who got a very good team from Vermil.
  12. thats up there on the top 10 most embarassing moments in bills history. Robinson juked and falls down, letting pennington run it in for a TD.
  13. they were running the clock out. the backup ran hard, and they rewarded him with a TD.
  14. the bills will never leave buffalo in my life time. i know, because if they tried.... there would be some seriously pissed off people. there are only maybe 2 or 3 other NFL teams who are more rooted in their city.
  15. the title of the thread shows you are a fool.
  16. im looking for a link to a video of McGee's kick return that was stopped at the 4 yard line. anyone know where i could find that?
  17. i never thaught for a second, the entire game, that he would be tackled at the line of scrimage. 3rd and 2, if they ran, they got it. maybe its our run D, but he always seemed to fall forward.
  18. well last season, reed was a bum. parrish was not only a punt returner, but a shifty, WR with speed. he was to be the #3 reciever (he beat out reed in camp) and help the offense. his injury allowed reed to start, and he has played well. but i dont think he will be resigned this offseason. we need a OG. Anderson has cost us a lot of yards in penaltys. and Williams cant stay healthy. but i think right now, we need a beast DT. a run stopper. adams is not getting younger, and T. Anderson has shown us NOTHING!!!
  19. he cant tackle the RB when hes blitzing the outside, and picked up by the tackle. if hes allowed to stay in his gap, hes fine.
  20. well, if the bills woudl stop blitzing the OLBs to the outside, we might be able to stop him. but if we keep blitzing the outside on obvious rushing downs, than we will get KILLED!!!!!
  21. how can we blitz on 65% of our defensive plays, and not get any real pressure?? why do we blitz our outside linebackers, when the offense is obviously going to run? thats why we give up big runs, our LBs are out of position. also, our secondary played horrible.
  22. some people dont like open stadiums with fake grass. but i say !@#$ them. bills have a great stadium.
  23. McGee is a great kick returner. but i would say only slight above agerage CB. Clements is a top 10, maybe top 5 CB. i like both. i just wish McGee was a little better CB. but he has improved and is getting better.
  24. well porter is no bum. he may be #2 on that team, but he would have been the #1 guy on a lot of nfl teams. i dont think you can "just stick clements on him". Collins is a good deep ball thrower. so you cant just leave clements one on one with porter. i say double team porter, and bring Melloy up in to the box. we should stop the run. we have to stop the run. on offense, we need to just do what we did at the jets.
  25. i dont think parrish comming back will have that much impact on the game. reed has played well this season. i dont see parrish comming in and taking his spot, at least not yet. he will be 4th on the depth chart. i would like to see him have 3 or 4 receptions. that would be good. but moulds, evans, and McGahee, are still our best weapons.
