  1. That is the betting line - which is based on how the sportsbooks think people will bet - and people bet on KC. And even then, the rule of thumb is that the home team always gets 3. So at KC by 3, that means the two would be straight up on a neutral field. I believe that 3 point spread will drop by tomorrow after we won 40-0, and KC won, but gave up 30 to the EAGLES.
  2. Yeah, for sure. Don't go in there and play scared. I truly think we are the favorite going in. I'm not "scared" like I was in years past going against them. I truly feel like right now, the Bills are the best team in the AFC hands down. We will know for sure one week from now.
  3. I fully expect the Bills to come out of KC with a win. Yes, KC's offense is marginally better than ours (maybe). Our defense is LIGHT YEARS ahead of theirs. We may score 50 on their defense.
  4. I get that. But what does it have to do with anything? When we play Kansas City, we will have played four games. Kansas City will have played four games. It makes absolutely no difference where the “extra” (it’s not an extra, as again, all teams will play the same number of games) game lands on the schedule. From what I can tell at a quick glance, Kansas City’s “extra” (as you call it) game is against Green Bay. Which is a way tougher opponent than Washington. So how is it so bad for Buffalo?
  5. Why does it matter when that game is? What difference does it make if both teams have played, and will play, the exact same number of games? Why would it be different if we had played a different team last week?
  6. Delicious. I loathe Jets fans almost more than Pats fans.
  7. Trap game in regards to the spread. Not the outcome.
  8. Milano. He has been unbelievable. He very well may be the best LB in the league right now.
  9. Good lord. Only seen one that high a handful of times, ever.
  10. absolutely brutal. Not sure how I've made it this far.
  11. Hate it for McCaffrey. Hate to see that happen. Good for my fantasy week, however.
  12. Yeah. We should get rid of that Allen guy too because he's not Patrick Mahomes. Definitely shouldn't pick up his option or extend him either. And what do you mean "wld be elite"? After two games, the Bills defense is 2nd in yards allowed/game, 2nd in pts allowed/game, 2nd in sacks, 3rd in passing yds/game, and 7th in rush yds/game. Top 7 in every category, and top 3 in 4 out of 5. Our defense is already elite.
  13. For the love of all that is holy.... please stay home.
  14. Yeah... That was as obvious of a grounding call as I've ever seen.
  15. I'm conflicted. I hate both teams... But I guess a KC loss helps us in the long run more than a Baltimore loss does. Why can't they both lose?
  16. What was the point of that? Just take a knee if you're not even going to attempt to score.
  17. Who in the hell is "Lil Baby"?
  18. This has nothing to do with the Bills trying to "double dip" or be cheap. As someone who works in a role where I have to hire people, the last six months have been a nightmare. Thanks to Federal Government unemployment programs, low-wage (entry-level, seasonal, part-time, etc.) jobs are almost impossible to fill. And it's not that you can't hire them. It's that they don't even apply. I literally was hiring for a $15-$16 an hour, ENTRY LEVEL job - in a major city, where there is no shortage of available workers - all summer and would go weeks without even receiving an application. Couldn't even get someone in to an interview to attempt to hire them. And this is not unique to my company and this particular role. If you've watched the news in the past six months, there are businesses all over that are literally closing their doors for extra days of the week due to not being able to find staff. Airlines are cancelling flights due to not being able to have staff. Unfortunately, when the government offers you more money to stay at home than you would make to go work, why would anybody want to go work? The "they're just being cheap" schtick is ridiculous in this case. If they're saying that they are short-staffed and can't find people to fill these open positions, I 150% believe them.
  19. 31-0 against the Pats was certainly memorable, but the most memorable to ME, and this is because I was there, was a beatdown on Seattle in 2008. Seattle was coming off of a 10-6 season, won their division and a playoff game. They came to OP and we put a beatdown on them to open up the year. That game included a fake FG for a touchdown as well - Brian Moorman to Ryan Denney, if I recall. It also included another special teams touchdown with a Roscoe Parrish punt return. It was a fun game to be at because we beat the living snot out of a really good team from the year before (a team that would end up going 4-12 that season). It started off our season with, as many seasons during that time frame, high hopes. High hopes that would eventually come crashing down, but it was fun in the stadium that day.
  20. As someone who has spent my entire adult life in the car industry..... They are HOT garbage. Ford is bad (currently work for, but leaving, a Ford dealer - good Lord they are awful) but any Chrysler product is worse.
  21. "Gold jacket, green jacket, who gives a $***"
  22. Come on, House. It's never Lupus.
  23. I don't know that I necessarily agree with that. I mean he definitely wasn't 2015-level Josh Norman, but I wouldn't say that it "failed horribly." He was a decent backup, which is what he was brought in to be. Getting posterized by Derrick Henry has people thinking that he was the most horrible thing on the entire team last year.
