When Chase averages over 1000 yards per season his first 7 years in the NFL I'll agree with you. Not saying it won't and can't happen but until then, no. If you want to go by 1 year of production then I guess I have no argument.

We are a heavy rotation D Line and J. Phillips as we all know is primarily a pass rushing DT. The other Phillips (Harrison) is due a contract and most likely will be retained but......... If the price is right why not?
