Wasn't Beane the GM in 2017 when White, Milano and Dawkins were picked? Nevermind, just looked it up. He was hired a month after the draft.🤔

He hit on Josh, Tre White, Milano and Dawkins. He drafted Taron and Knox who are major contributors. He hit on Teller but didn't give him a chance to develop, big faux pas! Edmunds was considered by many to be the best MLB behind Roquan Smith. He drafted Oliver who was considered by many to be the best DT behind Q. Williams. He's whiffed on a couple like Epenesa, Basham, Bernard and Brown but overall I think he's been adequate. It's not easy nailing a draft when you're a perennial playoff team picking in the mid to high 20s all the time unless you trade up. And we all know how he feels about his picks.

The fumble return for a TD and the Toney kick return to the 1 yard line didn't hurt.

Wasn't it called on 2nd down? Can't recall but thought they still had 3rd down if it wasn't called.

I'm not crazy about the bogus flag or the ending but what really makes you think KC wasn't scoring on that drive anyway. It's not like he was awarded 1st down at the 50.

I guess I want the Chiefs to win. I can't stand the thought of a QB drafted after JA winning a SB before him just because the other team knows how to build a better roster around their young QB and then knows how to coach and scheme that talent.

He wants to win a SB more than anything. How does he get closer to his goal by going to Dallas?

None of that made me feel any better about this season or optimistic about the next.
