  1. I have no doubt after cut day we will add an MLB and O lineman unless we trade for a fairly desirable one first. Wow! He cleared waivers and we didn't even look at the car, never mind kicked the tires.🤪
  2. You really don't know that. Elam is a promising 1st rd. pick and a 3rd might do it. Indy has to realize the acquiring team has to sign him long term. Personally I don't think he gets traded. I can't see a team meeting the price Indy wants. He has no leverage and Indy can tag his malcontent arse 2x if they like.
  3. Not all turnovers are created equal. Ints are not always the QBs fault. There could be miscommunication, wrong route, tipped ball and bouncing off the receiver's hands. Fumbles more times than not are on the ball carrier. Careless grip, fighting for extra yards, holding the ball too long and running when not necessary. I'd rather see him more careful when handling the football as opposed to throwing it. Ints are always gonna be there, especially when you're elite and take chances others won't.
  4. Sure, Cook is early in his rookie deal but Taylor is a proven commodity. He's averaged over 100 yards per game from scrimmage in his career. Unless the game plan is to continuously recycle RB's every 3 years through the draft or FA I don't understand why you wouldn't lock up a 24 year old superstar. I know its a position that's not as valued as it once was, but as far as difference makers are concerned I think I would've gave Taylor 14-15 per instead of paying Oliver 17 per.
  5. He actually said on today's show he wouldn't trade James Cook for Jonathan Taylor straight up. 🤪
  6. Agree. They need to match their intensity as to remind the refs if you're gonna call it, call it on both sides.
  7. I totally expect them to swallow their whistles when Sauce and their O Line start getting " grabby".
  8. This 100% ^^^^^^ Ask yourself this. Which team would make more of a statement opening game on national TV with a victory? This years Media Darling under the bright lights, home Monday night on 9-11 with their shiny new QB. Man! That is one tall order for any visiting team ladies and gentlemen. Will the Bills be able to handle the very aggressive and physical Jets D in front of a raucous home crowd? The Bills need to remind their rivals and the rest of the AFC that they are still a major contender for a championship. Will they dominate like last year? Probably not, but I got my fingers crossed on a close victory. Also, I will be far from surprised if a healthy Jets team comes out super amped and takes the W. Its always been my opinion that they, not the Fins are our biggest divisional threat. GO BILLS!!!!!
  9. Yeah, I'm not down on Brown. He'll have his moments. It's his injury history that concerns me because of our lack of depth.
  10. I'm really glad they focused so much on the interior O Line because we are known as a team that pounds the ball between the tackles. I get it. Saffold was horrible and the position needed an upgrade but this is still a predominant passing offense and Dawkins has been MEH and Brown is injury prone and when he plays its a penalty waiting to happen. Am I to believe Snell and Doyle were the backup plan? If so, we are so screwed at the Tackle position.
  11. Nicknames should be earned, not given for no reason. Watch it youngster! Shirley Jones was a fox!🤣
  12. The bashing on Brown is a bit overblown, but I'd still give Peters a call. We are thin at tackle and Brown has a back injury history and Dion looks pretty meh. Peters would be great insurance.
  13. Looks like Beane is at the Walmart Bargain Bin again. 😤
  14. How is he in pass pro?😁 Kidding. But if Oliver is a better DT than McGlinchey is an OT, I'd rather not have McGlinchey.
  15. He'd be on a 1 year deal and a rotational player mostly used on passing downs. He's a mild upgrade to what we have in place. I'm all for keeping Josh upright. For all that was bad yesterday Josh still throws darts when he has the time.
  16. I think not retaining Edmunds or finding a capable FA is really gonna sting.
  17. The way the O Line is playing we'll need him in there to block.
  18. With what we've seen of Brown so far it'd be foolish not to at least look into Peters in the event Brown's decline continues. He's gonna get Josh killed or put the offense in 3rd and 20 all game long. Peters is still very solid in pass pro and doesn't get moved as easily as Brown, even at his age.
  19. We were 13-3 last year. I'll take that all day, everyday. Just give me a healthy team come playoff time.
