Don't know why but I'm just not worried about Hauschka. He's a pro and IIRC hasn't cost us a game with a miss since he's been here. Wade is very intriguing. Like to see him play against the starting opposing defenses to get a better feel. He's got great balance and runs like his hair is on fire. Josh has really taken his intermediate game seriously and it shows. Sweeney and Beasley will see a lot of targets with Brown and Foster keeping the safeties honest. Singletary has surprisingly good hands for someone who didn't receive much in college.

So true. Barkley has looked every bit the part. Nice knowing our season won't be circling the toilet if Josh gets hurt or under performs. Matt has been really sharp.

Let's say both sides of the ball have a great year, i.e Top 10 finishes. I could see Daboll being a hot candidate for a head coach position simply because of what he has to work with. A second year raw QB project, aging RB's, no name TE's, patchwork O-line, and a WR corps many look upon as underwhelming. A Top 10 finish from that group would be the second greatest miracle next to the parting of the Red Sea. The Defense was already formidable outside some lapses in run stopping. Jerry Hughes, Tre White, Hyde and Poyer, Milano and Edmunds, and now Oliver are all quality defensive players. Frazier has much more talent plus has already had his shot and would be considered by many as a retread . The new NFL wants young, innovative minds to coach there teams. Daboll would fit the bill. Frazier, not so much.

I'd rather he plays. He's already been paid a boatload and was torched constantly last season. Their secondary is suspect. Daniel Jones had a field day on them last week. He's not very good IMO.

He had 6 catches his entire final season in college. He had 3 last night. Catches the ball better than many thought he would. Good in space and just fast enough. As mentioned, won't beat you to the edge but definitely a chain mover.

As well they should be. Daniel Jones carved them up yesterday. I repeat, DANIEL JONES carved them up. Their offense is gonna be good but their D is far from solid, but them again it is preseason.

He may not get the edge to the sideline on a sweep or pitch but he is fast enough to be a player. His game is all about being slippery between the tackles and using his vision and elusiveness to get chunks and move the chains. He's not a home run hitter. You're probably right. Would like to see him get more carries against the opposing teams second string.

I noticed that as well. Very upright runner with the ball on his right pec and right hand firmly over it. No movement at all! No ball shift, no elbow swing, NOTHING! Just clamp it and go!

He's not very fast but has excellent vision and catches the ball better than expected. Some guys just know how to avoid hits.

The depth we have on the OL is great to see. I think the competition has done wonders for Dawkins' mindset. He was way too comfy last season just having the LT position just handed to him. Dawkins - Spain - Morse - Long - Ford - Nsekhe - Feliciano and Long is a pretty solid and versatile line up. Ducasse and Bodine don't seem to bring anything but stench to the table. Though Bodine at times was serviceable last season he is clearly on the outside looking in this year.
