Agree. Shaq is this years Preston Brown though Lawson has played much better as his rookie contract concluded. Both were worth retaining, but at reasonable price. Shaq will probably get more in the open market than what Buffalo is willing to pay. Both are worth retaining and Phillips will draw a contract in the 8-10 per year, especially if he gets 10plus sacks. Phillips is the priority no doubt.

2019 Playoffs. 1st round

If we both end up 9-7 and they win the spot the Bills have no one to blame but themselves. I'm still disgusted we lost that game to those douche bags. -

Really? Why? There not running the table without Garrett. Even if they did I'd love a rematch with them though unlikely. -
Chris Harris fires negative shots toward Josh Allen.

I will never understand the dislike of Josh from the media, team fan bases, current players and analysts. I mean I can speculate but most thoughts just seem mostly unreasonable, petty and unwarranted. He came in knowing nothing was given and would have to out work everyone to make it as a franchise QB. He's made nice progression as his career moves forward though some blemishes are still present, yet the dislike continues. If he was the cocky arrogant type like Mayfield I'd understand but he genuinely seems like a good dude. Head scratching. -
Averaged 91 yards a game in 9 years with the Bills including a 5 year span of 1251, 2003, 1125, 1817, 1503 when seasons were 14 games. Unprecedented!!

Ironically that was also in Week 12 of last year. Ironically the Jags were also 3-7 going into that game. See a pattern? What are the chances the final is Bills 24 - Jags 21.. -
Nice choreography. Not real world or for that matter real sparring conditions. By no means am I questioning his toughness though. What footwork? They're both flat footed exchanging rehearsed swings and counters.

Point taken. Funny, the Denver fan base isn't too high on Fant this year as I do peruse message boards of opposing teams to get a vibe. Don't think its fair judgement since their QB situation has been pretty unstable. Fant is as good player but I think Milano and Johnson will be able to limit that part of Denvers offense. I really think the Bills biggest worry is Lindsay who IMO is a very under rated back who works well out of the shotgun formation.

Could Bills @ Steelers get flexed to Sunday night or 4pm?
billsbackto81 replied to Negan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No. It's Buffalo Nothing to see here. That is all. -
I think both QB's will be up against it on Sunday. I think whichever teams runs the ball best will be likely to come away with the victory. Advantage Bills because I feel the Bills D will be able to concentrate more on Lindsay and not worry as much about Allen burning them. Josh poses more of a threat from his position due to his ability to scramble, run and throw on the run. I think Smoke and Sutton will cancel each other out due to Harris Jr. and Tre. That means opportunities for Beasley, Knox and McKenzie. Bills 24 Broncos 17

Stop Kicking the Ball In Bounds
billsbackto81 replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just kick it through the EZ!! Even the most prolific returners won't bring it out if its at least 3 yards deep. Even when its done right kicking short on a return might yield you a 5-7 yard advantage with an opponents starting point at the 18-20 yard line. Not worth it in my opinion. -
Patriots OR Cowboys this Sunday.
billsbackto81 replied to CowgirlsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
LOL! Patriots= Burned at the stake Cowboys= Lethal Injection Who wins if we split and end up with the same record? Division wins? Conference wins? Common opponents? Too early to presume I assume. -
Oh heck no!! He's ready for the glue factory. Rather have AP and Motor. AP showed he still has strength and speed with a less than stellar O line. Gore? Not so much. We can acquire a better option to compliment Devin. APs checkered past might rub some the wrong way but he's clearly the better back at this stage.

Who's The Daddy Now? Dion Dawkins Is!

Hey there Delilah....... Congrats Dion.. -
Kyle Brandt made an interesting point on GMFB. He mentioned that this is a game the Bills HAVE TO win going into Thanksgiving. Nobody watches the Buffalo Bills! Not one Primetime Game this year. Not one 4pm start this year at home. They are 7-3 and we've all heard the pundits and naysayers comment on their schedule and the beating of the bottom dwellers. They CANNOT go into Thanksgiving where the whole nation will be watching wondering if the Bills are for real or a sham. They can't afford to lost to a 3-7 team before a game that is nationally televised and expect to be taken seriously. I gotta admit, I kinda agree..... https://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2019112401/2019/REG12/broncos@bills?icampaign=scoreStrip-globalNav-2019112401

I kinda feel Foster and Roberts are making it difficult for Duke to get in the game. Foster (the Alabama favorite) suits up because I guess they feel sooner or later he and Josh will connect on some deep shots, though I wont hold my breath. Roberts the (ST player) is active because of his return ability but Roberts the (WR) is pretty much M.I.A . It would have been nice to have Duke in the line up the last 2 games where I've noticed our Red Zone TD % has taken a hit and we've settled for FG's instead. Personally I'd sit Foster. Don't know whether he isn't fully healthy or just doesn't have it this year. Roberts is just as good of a deep threat at this point. Smoke will be blanketed by Harris this week opening up opportunities for others like Beasley, Knox and Duke if active. Duke provides that big body in the intermediate game that can shield DB's and high point Joshs' elevated throws, especially in the RZ.

10-4 Pats vs. 10-4 Bills in week 16
billsbackto81 replied to MClem06's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That Browns game falls squarely on McD and his coaches. I'm still disgusted we lost that game. Daboll not running against a poor run D. Frazier's D going conservative on final drive making Mayfield look like Brady. McD not pulling Wallace and admitting him into the local burn unit. OH THE HORROR!! -

revisiting 2018 draft possibilities. Did we overpay?
billsbackto81 replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This love obsession over a 1 dimensional QB is starting to become the stuff of legend. Time has proven running QBs get figured out, injured and fade out. Why do you think we're encouraging Josh to be an "actual" QB? Yes the Ravens scheme is flashy and exciting, and dare I say sexy. But we've all read this story before so why is the ending different in this case? He's a brilliant athlete with lightning speed and elusiveness. But he's an average passer that will be asked to do more once the whole 3 TE set thing gets figured out, and it will. And that's if he doesn't suffer an injury or a series of concussions first.
