  1. Larry Fitzgerald 4.63 Jerry Rice 4.71
  2. Seems fair. I'd be happy if we can retain him for that.
  3. You know? That looks eerily similar to what we rolled with last year. Wait a minute! It's exactly what we had last year! Anybody that's happy running the same group out there again needs to wake up. That unit came up short way too many games last year, including the loss to Houston where they were just pathetic. We're they better than the year before? Sure, but that's like being the best looking patient in the Burn Unit. We need an upgrade at RT. I can live with Dawkins at LT but he's not exactly Franchise caliber. We're not making a serious run with the same " wash, rinse and repeat" O-line. Just my opinion.....
  4. This tells me you better dismiss any fantasy of Hooper or Henry being a Buffalo Bill ?
  5. True, but that incident was the straw that broke the camel's back. Jerry just lost it! Rightfully so....
  6. https://billswire.usatoday.com/2018/12/02/buffalo-bills-jerry-hughes-miami-dolphins-after-game-video/
  7. After Brees he couldn't succeed with neither Wilson or Rodgers. What hope would we have with our gunslinger? If we must acquire a TE make it someone Josh can grow with and develop chemistry, not a one and done has been looking for another do nothing paycheck.
  8. Maybe its best. I read somewhere that he only played under 50% of the defensive snaps. His numbers would have been better with more run and I'm sure his agent is letting other teams know that. He showed much improvement no doubt and I would like to see him retained along with Phillips but 12 mil a year for 2 players that are rotational in McDs scheme is a bit much. I'd cut Murphy if they sign Shaq and give him that extra time on the field.
  9. NO FREAKING WAY!!!! NFL Rumor Shaq Lawson to receive 12 mil per on FA market. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2020/03/nfl-rumors-bills-shaq-lawson-to-get-12-million-per-season-on-free-agent-market-next-week.html
  10. Best FA IMO, John Brown. Brought slight relevance back to our receiving corps. Worst FA: Reggie Bush 13 games , 12 carries, -3 yards Obviously this is performance based and not monetary. By a money stand point worst is probably Star.
  11. I'd expect more from a member with 29 rep points. Step up your game mister!
  12. Whitehead in Oakland and now Kirksey is available. Out of the 2, I think I'd rather have................ Schobert? Beat me to it. ?
  13. For those that are pessimistic about this signing, take a moment to think. He signed with a team that offered him a ridiculous contract. He was looking to get paid, who could blame him? A team that runs a different scheme than the one he thrives in. A team that's a complete dumpster ? from owner to management to coaching. A team whose overall morale is in the toilet, no one wants to play there. Pros: Now he's on a team that's on the rise with his old defensive coach in the scheme he excels. Low risk/ high yield investment for a player that 4 years ago was considered one of the best at his position. Cons: Will he be motivated? He is older and has made enough money not to care. Big ego and a mouth to go with it. As many here say, I defer to McDermott. He knows him better than anyone and knows what he'll bring if healthy.
  14. If the Pats sign Johnson it will be a genius move. But when the Bills sign Norman it's Armageddon!!! Such is life as a Bills fan.
  15. To me IMO the kid's a baller. I'd sooner pay him 9 mil than Star. The guy brings fire on defense and someone will pay him over 10 mil a year, book it.. I find it funny that a team desperate for sack production would disregard and discard their sack leader who's a DT.
  16. 8-8 with a: Top 3 RB Arguably the best O line in the NFL Amari Cooper He's good, just not good enough.
  17. You obviously think he can't reproduce his performance from last year. Getting Phillips at 9 mil would be an absolute steal if he continues to replicate last years numbers.
  18. For Milano and Dawkins, yes. For Tre, no. Get him done now before he has another stellar year and the price goes up.
  19. Fine. If you want to nitpick my post. Can we at least agree that: 1. He is a 7x PB'er 2. He was a AP 2nd team All Pro, but has made All Pro in other venues like the Sporting News and PFF 4 other times. 3. He is more talented and a serious upgrade over Dawkins. 4. His age and desire to be the highest paid is hurting his campaign. 5. Unless his demands change drastically he will not be a Buffalo Bill
  20. And yet he was the only CB in the league last season not to allow a passing TD, go figure...He's better than Xavien Howard and look what Miami gave him. That being said I expect him to be in the Top 3 paid CB's in the NFL. He's the only true "No Brainer" on the team. Sure, Dawkins and Milano may be retained but they are nowhere in the conversation of being the best at their positions. Tre Day will soon be known as Tre Pay Day......
  21. Why in the world would a perennial All Pro LT want to play RT? I'd love to see him at LT while moving Dawkins to RT. As mentioned Dawkins is an average and serviceable LT but Williams is a far superior player. His age and the desire to be the highest paid LT plus the fact a team will have to give up at least a 2nd rounder will not help his cause. Williams and Dawkins as bookends with Morse at C and Ford and Feliciano at G is a beautiful fantasy.
  22. Bouye is very good when there's a bona fide #1 CB on the other side (Ramsey in Jax and Joseph in Houston). He would have been very good here with Tre and an instant upgrade. Not a surprise his play regressed once Ramsey jumped ship.
  23. You're right! Before last season after turning down his option we could have at least gotten a bags of kicking tees and a case of Gatorade for him.
  24. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2020/03/02/yannick-ngakoue-im-not-interested-in-long-term-deal-with-jags/ Not saying he's in play for us because he still may get tagged but he has no desire to play for Jax at all.
  25. I can see Green sitting out if he's tagged. It's basically a one year "prove you're healthy" deal for a guy who has nothing to prove as a 7x PB'er. Plus, he'll be one year older which hurts his chances when he's a FA in landing a beneficial final contract. Beane should offer a 3rd, maybe a 2nd if he passes a physical convincingly.
