We can debate different skill sets, schemes and time era but from a "talent" perspective they were solid. Maybe they weren't deep enough to win a SB but there were so many other factors. Coaching, player discipline or lack thereof, star players not showing up on the big stage.

Gotta say, outside of Singletary, McKenzie is the player I enjoy watching most when he's in the open field. Kid's a burner and always seems to get more yards on a play that you wouldn't expect.

Who is this Bruce you speak of? 🤔 #1. As much as I like Motor, he's no Thurman Thomas. Defenses in the 90's had to account and game plan around #34. Motor is not in that type of discussion. #2. And yes, a pass rush would be nice. #3. Our LB's were better and deeper in the 90's but that I guess is to be expected when running a predominate 3-4 defense.

His management and trades were so unbelievably bad I'm surprised it didn't happen long ago. I was starting to believe he had "compromising pictures" of the ownership.

He's a good dude and a hell of a player, in his prime. Seattle and GB are entertaining Snacks Harrison this week. This is what good teams that are thriving do. Address weaknesses and plug in solutions. Snacks, Earl Thomas, Nigel Bradham are all out there. Whether they improve our roster may be debatable. Might be too early for a trade unless you're plucking from an 0-4 team that's dead in the water. Definitely taking your chances with this bunch when you start a opinionated thread that's for sure. It's all in fun, most times.

2 TDs and a FG in 3 possessions. Only 3 possessions in the half! What does that tell you about the defense? Do your part!

You would think with the offense just chugging that the D would contribute something. I'd be embarrassed as a defensive player to look at my offense in the locker room. They flat out suck right now.

This D is difficult to watch

Man, I'm really trying to be optimistic when it comes to this defense but they are not getting it done. Sure you can say they only gave 6 points so far but they look underwhelming.

The D will give them plenty of time to look at.
