No. Great player but would not be focal point in this offense and paying him will take cap space away from other key and more important players like Milano and Edmunds and eventually Josh. I can live with Knox and his flaws for now. There are only so many targets to go around.

I agree. Just looked at the highlights of that game and I'm just not overly impressed. Rams played a consistent and competent game with no WOW factor to speak of. They love rushing their WR's and have very good plays designed for that. Donald and Ramsey were quiet. Eagles D is horrible and Wentz has regressed big time and yet they were only down 5 with 11 minutes left in the 4th before they folded. Also Philly's O line is not very good and they still didn't allow a sack in the game. If Edmunds comes back I feel very good about this game. Sanders ran on them pretty well and Wentz as bad as he was still threw for almost 250.

True. But the Ravens started 2-0 last year beating the Dolphins and Cardinals (pre Nuk) and they were the media darlings of the NFL. No one questioned the bottom dweller competition level with them. All you heard was Lamar this, ooh that Defense, etc etc etc. Not asking for a parade, just consistency with the coverage.

I never liked Cam. I think he's an egotistical butthole and crybaby to boot. But I can admit he did play very well last night. Seattle's offense is down right scary but their D is nothing special anymore. Cam did to them what Fitz did to us, attacked the soft middle. If we're at full strength when we play Cam will have a harder time moving their offense.
