I get it, wins are wins but he's not carrying this team. He's doing what's asked which is be a Game Manager and make no mistakes. To his credit he's done it well albeit against suspect competition.

Until Jones shows me he can beat secondaries deep I'm not too worried. He greatly depends on the run game to keep him in 3rd and manageable and the defense for favorable field position. Not hating, it's what they ask of him and he does it well. Don't know how sustainable that plan will be when they play tougher teams deeper in the season. I want to see him carry the team on his back when the burden is solely on him.

Can't think of a team more fitting of the title " paper tiger" Mayfield is not very good. Pats game will be a good one. Jones hasn't played a D like ours yet. If Buffalo can hold their run game I like our chances.

Cant argue that point. And although I think it's important to strike a balance between the pass and run game it shouldn't be forced into the game plan when your passing scheme is so freaking good. It should be sprinkled in until it reaches a level of respect from opposing defenses which we clearly do not have.

When you sign a mega deal after posting an MVP caliber season your bar has been set for the immediate future. Considering what he's dealing with as far as weak O line play, inconsistent running game and offensive play calling its pretty amazing he's maintaining above average numbers.

I agree with all your points. Some want to point out their close losses to TB and Dallas but don't bring up the loss to Miami and the close victory against the Texans. Biggest concern is the O line of course. I'm certain Matt Judon will sodomize every player who tries to block him.

You mean like how someone gets when they're angry beyond reproach? Crying? Don't think so! He's as competitive as any QB if not more. He feels responsible even though he received no help whatsoever. He's been making this O line look good the last 2 seasons. Now the blueprint is out and these guys lack the talent to compensate. They were NEVER good at run blocking and now even mediocre teams know they don't have to stack the line to stop the Bills. Josh got Williams and Feliciano paid last year and now they're disinterested. Cody Ford is absolute train wreck. I'd be pissed to high heaven. Those guys won't be here next year and they know it.
