Tannehill is just like Mayfield in the sense that if the running game isn't working or a non factor their play drops off precipitously. They need that crutch because they lack the talent to make things happen when the focus of a defense is squarely on them.

The 2 that ticked me the most were the Holding calls on Dawkins and Morse. The Dawkins penalty (slight shoulder tug) though technically valid would have had no effect on the play. Even if Dion didn't hold Clark there was no way he was going to be able to tackle or slow down Singletary. The Morse penalty was an absolute embarrassment of officiating. At no time was there any indication of what constitutes a hold on that play. NONE!

Chandler would come here and get held just like every pass rusher we have. Its just life as a Bills DE.

I've been wondering if there's an unwritten law were analysts and sport show hosts aren't allowed to speak on officiating. I've watch several shows today and officiating was never mentioned at all. Even the most casual observers can see something wasn't right with the calls at the most inopportune times for the Bills. When KC fell behind big the refs did everything possible to prolong their drives with questionable calls on 3rd and 4th downs. It was hilarious and saddening at the same time.

Even would imply using the same set of standards for both teams. That was far from what took place. Sure the box will say it was fairly even but how many holding and PI calls did the Bills get in comparison to the Chiefs? Especially on 3rd and 4th downs.

Well at the very least Jesus Christ😅
