Kid had a lot of hype coming in the league. Has flashed at times but not to what many projected. Maybe a better QB like Josh can help him blossom.

He was good here and yes he could start on this team, probably over McKenzie in the slot. But it was no secret he wanted to go home if he could when he was a FA.

There are limited opportunities in landing a "life changing" contract in the NFL. There are plenty of financially broke former scrub players out there with rings. Can't blame him for cashing in.

I understand things can happen but Josh is the most durable QB in the NFL and hasn't missed a start in over 3 seasons running amok with reckless abandon against opposing defenses. Insurance is needed but whether it's Barkley or Fitz, it probably won't matter.

One year deals are more tolerable. Money should've been spent on CB. Gabe Davis was more than competent IMO.
