  1. This happens when you play a team with nothing to lose. You have to put them away early and quick.
  2. This is the worst this O line has played all season. They can't stop anything
  3. 100% correct. If you're depending on the refs to bail you out against Miami you have bigger problems than not getting a flag thrown.
  4. The only thing over the top is the reaction of some who think there's an issue with our RBs and not the poor play of the O Line, especially getting push on running plays. I understand not every team can have a Dallas, TB, Cleveland or Indy type line but it's our Achilles Heel at this point. Our Line is just not physical enough against the better defensive fronts in the league.
  5. Futbol is life! For whatever it's worth, Ted Lasso is a great freaking show.
  6. Maybe Daboll's knowledge of Tua has something to do with Buffalo's success over Miami but it doesn't explain why he's not good against other teams. Also it doesn't matter what tendencies Tennessee got from Barkley about Josh. 353 yards and 3 TDs. Josh wasn't the reason they lost that game. Unless of course Barkley had insight on the tendencies of the Defense as well.
  7. Was he there filling up or just breathing in fumes?
  8. I'll be honest with you. I think the Bills amongst any other team have ruined Tua's development irreparably. Any time it seems Tua and the Fins get any traction in the right direction here come the Bills to crush their hopes and aspirations. Every time he plays Buffalo he's always reminded he doesn't belong in the NFL. Just another example of a successful college system QB that some genius thought it would equate to NFL success. He'll be lucky to latch on as a journeyman back up when it's all said and done. Nothing against him, I feel the same about Mac Jones. Only diff is Jones has a better team and coaching.
  9. NY WRECKS NY GI TRACTS NEW ORLEANS TAINTS ATL FALCAN'TS
  10. Winner! End Thread..... Preferably the one in February.
  11. Front offices try to avoid interior OL with quality draft picks unless they're seen as a "generational" talent and even then don't get picked until later. So many quality Guards are had in the later rounds and some even undrafted like the much talked about Andrew Norwell. Sadly this front office doesn't evaluate and draft OL very well. Brown is raw but might turn out good.
  12. His reasoning is spot on. This O line and run game isn't good enough in the RZ for defenses to respect. Josh will have to make more high risk/ high reward throws. He's very weary of making costly mistakes in the RZ which is why he hasn't thrown a RZ pick in his entire career I believe. Sooner or later you're gonna realize 3 pts isn't going to cut it.
  13. Jets beat Tennessee this season and though they were only a 2 win team last year they did hold us to 0 TDs in Week 7 of 2020. Yes, they are a dumpster fire but I try not to overlook them. Same with NE. They play tough one week and like trash the next.
  14. The Bye is what you want but home field is not over rated. Nobody wants to be on the road against good teams in inclement weather. I'm sure Miami never enjoyed the playoffs in Rich Stadium in the 90's
  15. Did you have that same mind set when they played Baltimore last year in Buffalo? Whether you gear your D to stop the run or pass it's ALWAYS better to do it at home. It comes down to the QB, and in inclement weather I'm taking the QB with the arm canon at home over the game manager on the road.
  16. Their Defense wanted it more. Same feeling I got in the Pitt game. As the game went on their D played harder than ours. In the 2nd half they made it difficult to convert on 3rd down. Sure Josh made plays but they weren't gimmies. When we had them 3rd and long we still played big to account for Henry and that let AJ Brown and Westbrook of all people to eat Wallace alive on crossing routes. 1st down after 1st down wearing the defense down so Henry can bowl them over once in the RZ. It was really frustrating to watch knowing what their doing and couldn't do anything to stop it cause they were so worried about Henry.
  17. It's a tough decision. You got to think sooner or later the D would make a big stop. It just didn't happen in the 2nd half, they couldn't get Tenn off the field or Tannehill on the ground.
  18. You know it would've help if our elite defense was able to get in Tannehill's face now and then. Might've helped our secondary hold their assignments.
