  1. No worries. As you all know...I'm not always right either. But, gotta brag a little when you are sometimes. KC 3-0 by the skin of our teeth. I will of course be rooting for my Chiefs all the way, but I feel like the Bills are unencumbered by internal drama, or over the top expectations...they look loose...look like they are having a lot of fun. The chemistry is on point. I won't be surprised KC just runs out of steam in the end. I think we are seeing the decline of Kelce....Andy's starting to loose his edge...so much off the field stuff going on....it weighs a team down. And injuries too. I hope we can do this three peat thing, but it's never been done before for a reason (many reasons) ...it's F'ing tough. If it isn't KC...I'll be rooting HARD for the Bills.
  2. this is EXACTLY what I was talking about. Bills looking really really good so far.
  3. Bills against Dolphins Win or lose neither can beat KC in playoffs <Zerovoltz ducks for cover and sees himself out>
  4. Certianly not if it's below 40.
  5. I went through every team and every game....here is what I came up. ...and yes...I am biased to KC....if I am being honest, the defense won't be as good as last year, but maybe the O is better? 15 wins is probalby too many...but whatever...I am a homer. The rest is objective though! Look forward to seeing what others are predicting for the NFL this year as well! 6. I have it like this: Bill 12-5 Dolphins 12-5 Jets 9-8 Patriots 2-15 Bills have tiebreakers over Dolphins.
  7. I think he is good. I don't think the Packers are. Before going on that late season run, where they were quite good, they were 6-8. It's pretty common for a team that takes the kind of step forward that the Packers did, tend to take a step back the following season.
  8. Dallas gave up a 3 for Lance....he is THE hedge against DAK negotiations going south. They aren't trading their only leverage for a 4th. It would need to be something much more substantial..if they'd even move him. He very well may be the Cowboys starter next year. You guys won't like the idea, but maybe give the Giants a call and see if Drew Lock might be had cheap. They are going to force Danile Jones out there and they have DeVito who is a popular guy in that area. Lock is expendable, and for a team that is going to be rebuilding next year and needing to draft a QB..they will be receptive to aquiring some picks.
  9. I'm not going to do Chiefs stuff here...I am biased....but my BOLD predictions - BILLS Predictions - Dalton Kincaid will lead the Bills in receptions and recieving TD's. The Bills will lose on the road at NE. Kalil Shakir will be Bills best WR. (maybe no so bold) Pegula will put team up for sale after (D) win the presidential election. Now some in general for NFL. The Patriots will have the worst record in the NFL (this is NOT bold) The Bears will make the playoffs. the Packers will not make the playoffs. DK Metcalf will lead all WR in TD catches this year. Spencer Rattler will end the season as the Saints starting QB and look good....will be the steal of this draft. The Ravens will not make the playoffs. Derrick Henry will prove to be washed up. The Browns will win the AFC North.
  10. ...I didn't like the Worthy pick..but IF he can stay healthy and beat the press...he is going to be a problem for people.
  11. I have no doubt Cleveland will get a Super Bowl out of this. It's a fairly standard deal that if you build a new/dome, the NFL rewards your city with ONE super bowl just for building the place. A while back maybe 10 years ago? There was a ballot initiative in Kansas City that had 2 questions....one was to fund renovations to arrowhead (and Kaufman, the baseball stadium) and the 2nd question was about paying to put a dome on Arrowhead. The kicker was that the NFL publicy promised the city a superbowl if the dome was approved. Kind of odd, the renovations passed but the extra question about the dome failed. It was the same in INDY...you build a new dome, we give you a Super Bowl. Cleveland will get one if they build this thing. QUIT READING HERE IF YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT THE CLEVELAND STADIUM****** This also makes me really appreciate Arrowhead...that thing was build in 1972 and has completely and totally stood the test of time.
  12. I'll say it again....I wasn't thrilled with the pick, and i'm still not...worthy to KC. KC has fast guys who you have to scheme open already....and if you are getting another one, he better be a damn skilled route runner and separator...I don't see it in Worthy....would have preferred Coleman myself.
  13. few things I want to touch on here - 1. There are a couple posts here about Denver already having signed Keenum, and were set at QB. That is CORRECT, but I want to point out that Elway made another error that led to the Keenum error before that...and demonstrates who one choice affects many others as you get on down the road. Elway had opted to retain Vance Joseph at head coach and his staff. He then basically gave Joseph and ultimatum to win or he'd be fired. This bad decision was money based as Denver by that time was being run by a trust while a bunch of court challenges for control over the team by Pat Bowlens kids was ongoing. Given that Vance Joseph was in a win now situation, he wanted a veteran QB, and for drafted players to be win now, help me now, start now type guys. That's why they signed Keenum and weren't in the QB market on draft day, and took Bradley Chubb, who was thought to be a day 1 impact starter at DE. Even if Elway had taken Allen, the coaching staff wouldn't have gone near him..they would have had no interested or incentive to work on his development. 2. Cleveland should be getting absolutely ROASTED about their handling of QB's lately. In 2017...took Miles Garrett 1/1 while needing a QB, passing on Mahomes. In same 2017 draft, traded out of 1/12....with Houston, who took DeShawn Watson...who Cleveland then traded for later, and paid a bad contract to. In 2018...took Baker over Josh Allen. Double bad becasue Baker would lead them to first playoff win in quite a while, then they trade him to Tampa so they can get Watson. Baker goes on to be decent in Tampa, lead them to playoff win, and get nice extension in TB.....while ending up with Watson....and missing on Allen. That is about as bad as it gets. 3. I was at the 2018 draft, on the the stage floor when Allen was taken. Poncho Billa and the Bills mafia there that day, enthusiastically embraced Allen the moment the pick was made and he came out on the stage. I know this place melted down about "the wrong Josh" but at least the contingent in the house was supportive when it happened. .....I hope the Bills get some titles AND I also hope that when the time comes for hte Pegulas to need a successor, that it is NOT messy like the Broncos. That mess led to alot of mistakes and alot of rot, that has led Denver to now being a favorite to land 1/1 in the draft. And last....I was WAY WAY WAY WRONG about Josh Allen too. I thought he'd be a bust. I WANTED the Broncos to take him even though I knew by the draft they weren't going QB. I laughed when the Bills traded up for him and thought it was a "Billsy" move. How wrong I was.
  14. I saw that play and about barfed. This thing is being hyped up as some great play. It's not. Worthy makes the same route running error MVS kept making over and over last year...instead of running away from the inside safety, Worthy runs INTO the coverage....if he turns to the outside, he's wide open and the safety (Bryan Cook) is complete toast. No. Instead he runs toward Cook and gives him a chance to recover and defend the pass. This is being hyped because it happend to work out, in a practice environment. MVS could run fast too, but if you can't read the defense right and run the right way...it doesn't help that much to be super fast. I hope this gets better. Ugh.
  15. I didn't realize that the Chiefs offensive line was old? Travis Kelce is old. The oline? Chiefs best case: The entire starting D line and pretty much all the depth pieces of it are all back, the reconfigured WR Corps clicks and Kc is able to fill the loss of Snead and Willie Gay without a hitch. They cruise to another AFC West title and make their 3rd consecutive SB with Kelce having another top 3 TE year. Worst case: (assuming regular wear and tear for injuries of course) Kelce falls off cliff. The WR room isn't better. Worthy turns out to be made of glass and is out all the time with pulled hammies. The rest of the mediocre bunch still can't catch....this time KC doesn't overcome it because Snead is missed, Gay is missed and Chris Jones isn't quite the force he's been. KC goes 10-7. Makes the playoffs as 4 seed. Loses in 1st round. I am BIASED. I think they've got one more big run in them before we get some attrition due to cap.....going to be rough trying to resign Creed and Trey Smith, Nick Bolton....not going to be able to keep all. Justin Ried will be FA after this year. Roster is due for some substantial turnover NEXT YEAR. They will be motivated to try and get the only NFL 3 peat ever. WR's almost can't be as bad as last year just by sheer math.
