I'd expect John Spytek to get the job. He has worked with Callahan before and it seems like clubs are following the model of looking for GMs who work well with their head coach.

There is no reason to crash against them. Its literally a two back set. Just stand straight up and hold the edge.

The only way to stop Baltimore's offense is to put pressure on them by scoring on their defense. If you can come out and throw the ball around and score points, it puts pressure on their offense to throw. If you can't score and let them play ball control offense this is what you're going to get. People keep saying Baltimore is a bad matchup for Buffalo, but I am pretty sure Buffalo is the last team in the AFC that can beat Baltimore.
