Given his averages Johnson would have come up 200 receptions, 700 yards, and 39 touchdowns short of all of the records. Also cant imagine a wideout that large would have played until 38, but thats just me. I think Johnson used his natural size and speed to overpower guys, but his hands were pretty average. I think Moss was more naturally gifted.

Personally, I dont see him as one of our guys. I see him as a guy who talks better than he plays football. Without question one of the guys who added to the hit piece on McDermott.

Gabe Davis- Do you want him back and for how much $
thenorthremembers replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hes going to get 11.5 million a year or more next year. With the cap going up, I just think thats where a WR of his ability slots in. And no, I dont want him back for that. -
Continue to think the Bills need to win out. Too many variables to deal with otherwise.

I think this year looks good because last year was a little bit of a down year. But overall he's been a hell of a left tackle. On par with this 2020, and 2021 season.

One of my all time favorites. Can tell I am getting old because A. I didn't know they were in town and B. Because the band looks old. Glad it was a good time!

Yeah Chargers players look like they'd rather be doing anything else, anywhere else.
-
True, dont really need that bump. Was honestly amazed to see we play them at SoFi. Feels like the Bills havent been home at all this year.

My Lord. Please God just let the Bills beat the Cowboys this weekend. Chargers look absolutely awful.

NFL will look at the fumble-out-of-end-zone rule
thenorthremembers replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall
The bigger issue they need to tackle is why a runner who has the ball in his hands automatically has a touchdown once the ball impedes any centimeter of the white line, play dead, touchdown over. Yet a receiver who brings the ball into his hands while in the endzone has to shave his dog, eat three dinners, and send Christmas Cards while he continues to control the ball for it to be considered a score. Runner jumps forward over a pile, ball touches the air where the line would be if it were elevated, defense swats it out of runners hand while in the air, touchdown. Receiver brings the ball into his hands, gets two feet down in the end zone, falls out of bounds, ball moves an inch....not a touchdown. -
The Classic Uniform for the Bills against the Cowboys
thenorthremembers replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Speaking more of the design of the jersey, helmet and pants. Makes more sense if they were speaking of the color scheme though. I tend to think of white helmet with the standing buffalo as the classic look though. -
The Classic Uniform for the Bills against the Cowboys

When did this combination become "classic" -
When I am upset about my house being a mess I say "People really need to start helping around here." By people I don't mean other families who I have never been a part of, I mean my family. He's only been a part of one pro sports team, only one pro sports team has cut him. He clearly means the Bills whether he is speaking in generalities or not.

Cant run all the routes, cant catch the ball consistently, and has his Mama defending him on the internet. Future contract is slowly going towards the Wideout #3 neighborhood.

It's because Tua is 100% a creation of his coach. -
Shohei signs $700M contract with Dodgers
thenorthremembers replied to Process's topic in Off the Wall
The Yankees didnt touch the contract because they have no place to put the guy, he is a DH when he doesnt pitch. The Yankees already have a DH who they overpay. -
You think the dude would handle losing better. He did go to Texas Tech afterall.

Toney saved us from another Billsy moment…
thenorthremembers replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
Don't care who was Offside and who wasnt. Bills have been victims of this garbage all year and the final whistle has blown. Chiefs can sort out their own garbage, it obviously goes much deeper than where Toney lined up. Game is over, they held the crap out of our wideouts all game. Dont care. -
If we beat Dallas next week, we making the playoffs
thenorthremembers replied to bills6969's topic in The Stadium Wall
I still think they need to win out to get in. -
Diggs isnt done, but he's done in Buffalo. He is done giving a damn and its obvious. Hasnt had over 100 yards receiving in 7 weeks. Time to move on.
-
Diggs hasn't been good in 7 weeks now. Davis has never been a #2 and is going the exact wrong direction. At this point I think Diggs is more of a number 2 and the Bills desperately need an alpha at wideout 1.
