  1. It would be nice if any of these GMs would grow a sac and not let players dictate that A. They went to be traded and B. Where they want to be traded to. In this case the Raiders coach being an absolute idiot didn't help the case. Absolute crap organization but hey at least they can smoke cigars and dance in the locker room now.
  2. What about this guy would make anyone want to trade for him? Below average hands, below average speed, malcontent, never broken 700 yards in a season. He's a borderline #2 wideout in the league. We have enough of those without spending a pick to get another one.
  3. Never had the chance to see him play but I grew up on NFL films and these guys come from an era of football that will never be replicated. The AFL and early NFL had a certain air about it, they were the building blocks of what the NFL is now. RIP Billy. Hopefully your name will be on the new stadium. Legends never die.
  4. Everyone knows they are 3-1 and will likely finish the year with 10 plus wins right?
  5. They should have done away with any remnants of Belichick. The coach and GM were both part of the Belichick regime at one point. If Drake Maye ends up busting the Kraft's need to do a complete reset.
  6. 90% of the board wanted him gone because it was 100% clear he didnt want to be here, which he has said in the media since the move.
  7. He's 21 games into his career. I'd let the rest of the year play out before I bothered analyzing whether he has taken a step forward or back. He is playing next to a new center which could impact his development a bit as well. Give it a little time.
  8. He has over 4,000 more passing yards and ten more passing touchdowns than Lamar Jackson does right now. If he had of went to a stable organization, I think he would be talked about as a top ten QB in the league. That being said, I think the journey has been a good one for him and he seems to have found a home in TB.
  9. The Bills top three wideouts are a 2nd round pick, 2nd round pick, and a 5th round pick. The Bucs top three wideouts are 1st rounder, 3rd rounder, and a 3rd rounder. Outside of Evans who was a top ten pick and a hall of famer, I'd say its fairly comparable to how serious they take the position. Bills dont get to draft in the top ten a lot. I am not going to throw a big fuss about that.
  10. I've always been of the opinion that Todd Bowles isnt a very good head coach. That said, Hue Jackson, Freddie Kitchens, and Kevin Stefanski must be atrocious. The Browns drafted a talented QB, and gave him a bunch of clowns at head coach.
  11. When I coached the Jets I called that look the Grinch.
  12. Probably my favorite college football player ever. I know a lot of people thought he was a jerk, but man was he fun to watch at OU. Glad he has finally got a team to believe in him because he has never been outright bad since being in the NFL.
  13. Why does it seem like every big name trade comes to the AFC East? If I am the Raiders I wouldnt trade him in conference without getting a valuable player and a high draft pick in return.
  14. Now change Strouds name to Allen's and you have the exact same soundsbites you had when he came here from Minnesota. Sorry but when everyone around you has a problem maybe the problem is you and not everyone else.
  15. Moore's cap hit for this year is a lot closer to what the Bills can actually afford. I'd be fine with it. Could be the level of QB play they have there right now?
  16. Kincaid may have the best hands on the team I agree. But Knox was catching the ball very well in 2021 and 2022. He's had drop issues prior to that, and since Kincaid was drafted. I think the trend for him is he becomes more reliable in bringing in the ball as his targets go up. Similar to a running back who needs touches to be more effective. The bigger issue is the Bills used massive resources in terms of money and draft picks for a position Josh doesnt seem to rely on that much.
  17. I meant in terms of receiving production from a #1 tight end. Granted Knox never had the number of targets Kincaid had in his first season. Kincaid has much better hands, Knox is a better blocker, but they are both 6'4 250-pound athletic tight ends.
  18. From memory it looked like they were trying to get it to Coleman.
  19. Diggs just really likes the attention to be on him. It was on him when he was traded here, tons of articles the first few years about his relationship with Allen. When that died down, he needed to stir the pot with cryptic tweets, and sideline tantrums to get the machine up and running again. Then the trade. Now he is with another new team he will have the attention again, including articles about what a great leader he is in Houston's Lockeroom, how he is a team captain, how all the rumors about him being difficult must have been about his old team and not him. More articles about his relationship with Allen and the innerworkings of the Bills organization. Not to mention all the attention on him this week playing the Bills. Its rinse, wash, repeat with this guy. Houston could easily win this game, and then he will get more attention because maybe he did make Allen. The reality of Diggs is he is very good at football, but he is also an incredibly emotionally immature narcissist. If he were a musician or a writer, the press would dub him a "tortured genius" when the truth of the matter is he just a selfish person who changes the entire feel of a room because everyone else has to worry about his "feelings." It will likely work out in Houston because it seems like the shelf life for him being able to not let his emotions control his actions on a football team is somewhere between 3 and 4 years, and he will either leave in free agency or retire before that happens. Glad for what he did here. Glad he is gone. Wish I didnt have to continue hearing about him.
  20. You are an angry angry person.
  21. Always found it hilarious so many people hate the acronym MAGA when it stands for Make America Great Again....so odd
  22. Hes been a great soilder for the team. Very good blocker and probably could have just continued being our #1 tight end. His best seasons are exactly what Kincaid gives us now. Which makes me think it has more to do with how Josh targets tight ends than it does their ability. His contract wouldn't look so bad if they didn't also use a high pick on his clone.
  23. RIP. Enjoy the show a lot. They had tributes today him today. Way way too young.
  24. One of my favorite Dad memories was watching my daughter block a shot in 4th Grade basketball and give the other kid the Mutombo. Always seemed like a good hearted giant. RIP big fella.
  25. I could see him going back to Green Bay or heading off to Dallas, the Jets or Minnesota. He has connections in all of those places and they have the money to swing it.
