  1. He's pregame ritual is a mani-pedi. Said he has so done it before every game since the Raiders. Found that incredibly odd.
  2. Good point. That applies to 8 of the 31.
  3. Got bored of this guys teenage girl act halfway through the article and gave up. He gave up on the Brady book because he is a muckracker that knows he can only sell sensationalism. Bottom line is this, the owners may very well be tools and jerks etc, but they are about a Billion times more successful at what they do than this guy ever thought to be.
  4. Henderson spent the better part of two years on IR or inactive, had a preexisting issue that led him to being suspended twice. Kouandijo has a knee issue that causes him to have an ineffective knee bend limiting where he can play on the line. Not to mention the little matter of being naked in a field at 3am and spending time in an hospital for mental issues. Next please.
  5. Yes. He may not have reached his potential, but he has started games in the league. I wouldn't give his roster spot to a 5'9 6th round draft pick who ran a 4.53 40' and averaged under 10 yards a catch in college. They may end up keeping Ray Ray, I would be surprised, but they may. I've never understood the love for Ray Ray here, could be all the PR material on him at the start of training camp, but I don't think he has had a good enough camp to unseat a guy they traded for because of the lack of WR depth on a team Ray Ray was already on. Again, I may be completely wrong.
  6. The offensive line was bad yesterday, but watching that, Allen didnt help himself a whole lot. While it's hard to tell because you cant see what he was looking at downfield, 3 of the 5 plays that ended up in sacks are plays he needs to recognize and get the ball out faster (again I cant see what the wideouts are doing downfield). Additionally, most of these plays look like they were designed half field reads, including roll outs which were designed for him to get the ball out quickly and find a rhythm. Outside of the offensive line, his wideouts did a pretty poor job helping the guy out. You had drops by both Clay and Benjamin. Clay coming too far back to the ball. He's young, but he doesnt escape culpability here. If Tyrod has the same game I would be on the board writing that he maybe gets a D grade overall, same for Allen here. The offense was pathetic on every level outside of some of a few running plays.
  7. It's like the saying goes, "there is a reason they are free agents." It's not like the NBA, NHL, or MLB, great players dont end up in free agency. They don't control where they want to be because they cant opt out.
  8. Feeling the same way on McCarron. He isn't going to be the starter and its senseless to have your top ten rookie be QB#3. Not a lot of sense keeping a guy you need to pay 10 million dollars over two years as your #3. Is there a market? That I am not sure of given the lack of interest during free agency. However, the backup situation across the NFL isnt great. Jacksonville, Denver, San Diego, Oakland, Detroit and Seattle could all use help there.
  9. LT - Dawkins LG - Ducasse C - Bodine RG - Groy RT - Mills Not great, but better than what we saw yesterday. Miller was horrendous. Ducasse was beat bad by a very talented player on a few occasions. Groy looked like an absolute fool on one play. But neither accounted for three penalties and a sack in one half of football. Sadly, there isnt a lot out there in terms of trade or scrap heap. They could trade for Warmack who would be an upgrade over Miller, but he is in the same realm as Ducasse when it comes to play. This way you aren't giving up future picks for players who are sub standard starters like Warmack.
  10. Not sure, but I'd be reaching out to Denver and see if they would like A.J. McCaron for Max Garcia. They also have Billy Turner who Castillo coached in Baltimore.
  11. You had me until you said not a single corner in the league can match up with John Ross. He has 1 career catch, and the team who drafted him in the first round considered moving him to corner.
  12. The Groy play where he watched someone run by him, remained in his blocking stance and turned around confused is like something I've never seen on a professional football field. Ducasse being picked up like a baby and moved back into Allen was like a scene out of Necessary Roughness or the Replacements. absolutely no excuse for either of those things to happen on a professional football field. It was amateur hour today.
  13. I agree people should have seen this coming. But there is no reason to sully last year to make the point. It's a new year and a new team. They are going to be bad, as most teams who draft a qb in the top ten usually are. Best thing is to not panic and enjoy what you can.
  14. Possibly. But to this point I see a guy who struggles to make the throw because there isn't enough velocity for the ball to make to the wideout before the cornerback closes. Again, think he deserves to win the job but also feel like he has limitations in this one particular area.
  15. I am not saying he won't be. To me, he has clearly won the job. Doesn't change the fact he can't throw an out to save his life.
  16. He may have an NFL arm. He may be the starter, which I am fine with. But he cannot make "all the throws". There is one throw in particular he can't make and I am not sure why they allow him to try. It's a pick six waiting to happen.
  17. Always been an Andy Reid fan. Think he is vastly underrated as a head coach. His coaching tree has produced some of the better young coaches in the league. That said, I feel like the Mahomes move will be his undoing.
  18. It's possible I am a complete idiot, seriously I am a state educated simpleton. But I try to live by the idea if it takes a ton of large words, theories, and a web of complicated non sense, it's more than likely convoluted bs. There is a motive behind going after Trump on things I am fully convinced a large group of his peers, and humans in general do. The motive being he is a Washington outsider no one "in the know" thought would win. Intelligencia is pissed because he doesn't fit their idea of what America looks and sound like. Hence the idiotic narrative that only sub humans and white rednecks voted for him.
  19. Get ahead of the game and invest in Frito Lay, and Hersheys now.
  20. That and she appears to have two very young children that don't necessarily have a striking resemblance to the young fella who has his arms around her.
  21. Am I wrong or doeas the Instagram paint a very confusing story?
  22. Can someone please explain to me how paying women you had affairs with prior to your Presidency constitutes a campaign finance violation? Furthermore, can someone please tell me what this has to do with the Russia investigation? Trying to figure out why taxpayer money is being used to tell me who the President boned over the last few years. Can someone also tell me why no one seemed to care that JFK and FDR had one and in JFKs case many mistresses, in this case, while in office. And please don't use the "Not knowing about these things prior to the election was essentially lying to voters" because I have to assume the Clintons have paid plenty of people to not tell the public about their wrong doings.
  23. Not a Jeremy White fan. Got into with him on Twitter during college football season, felt stupid, but did. Went back and forth on why I thought Mayfield was better than Rosen. After awhile it became clear he liked Rosen for reasons other than play on the field. Specifically having a similar political and sociological viewpoint as White.
  24. WGR seems to think it would take Tre White. If that's the case no thanks. #1 Pass Rusher is huge for a roster, but so is your #1CB. In my mind Tre White should be the only untouchable player on the roster right now, beyond Allen.
  25. Do you perhaps have classes you teach on football? Something us "football novices" could sign up for? Maybe you could get one of the 85' Bears as a guest speaker when you teach us about the 46 defense? My original post was meant to be sarcastic. Perhaps you didn't catch the news over the last two weeks where Tyrod, wants his name pronounced Tuh-Rod? On the difference between 46 and 4-6, somehow you knew exactly what I was talking about. Now, if you'll excuse my ignorance, maybe you can get back to spending your day as the smartest guy in any room you walk into.
