I think we vastly underestimate the difference between College Football and the NFL. How quickly we forget the days where the Bills had to start rookies, and how bad that was. Bishop is an elite athlete but let's not pretend he was a top ten pick. He was a late 2nd round pick. He is also incredibly young, only 21 years old. One thing the McDermott does very well is developing talent. He doesnt rush players into the starting lineup based on their draft status, its why Benford is playing over Elam year in and year out. I think Bishop will eventually start here but its not time yet.

As much as I'd like any of this to matter it won't. People have already made up their mind, or been told who to vote for. An entire half of this country will vote for anyone as long as it's not Trump. Literally had my nephew tell me Trump was Hitler. When I said, why do you say that? And when we have another war to fund, more illegals to fund, when gas is over 4 dollars a gallon, you cant afford groceries and you have to pick up more hours a week at work to make ends meat they will all say "She has been amazing for women and people of color." Despite being the reason both those groups have less money in their bank accounts.

Its a terrible situation to be in but cutting Bass could literally inhibit your ability to bring in a wideout in a trade. I get it, he's bad. But this should have been taken care of in March and April.

It wasnt the pick it was the money. Because the Raiders wouldnt eat any of the contract the Jets will have to pay Adams over 10 million dollars for the remainder of the year. The Bills only have $4 million in cap. They literally couldnt make that trade.

I think Amari Cooper is a no brainer at this point. If DK Metcalf is really available, which I dont think he is, the Bills should throw multiple picks at the Seahawks. Cooper and Metcalf together would cost 10 million less than what the Jets are paying Adams for the remainder of the year.

The only available kicker who is any better than Bass has been over the last two years is Randy Bullock. He is close to 35 years old. They arent releasing Bass because they know if they bring in Riley Patterson or Brandon McManus they are essentially paying Bass 2,340,000 dollars to stay home, then they have to pay the guy they bring in over 500,000 for the rest of the year. With only 4,000,000 in cap space they likely dont want to spend close to 3 million of it on replacing a kicker when the replacement will be a sum zero. It should have been taken care of in the offseason. Beane usually fails fast and makes up for the mistake, he didnt in this instance and they are paying for it dearly.
