If the Titans had used Henry more his first two years he would be right up there with AD in terms of all time backs. Really going to depend on how much you let them play ball control offense. Their defense has a hard time against the pass. If you want to try and play them at their own game and run the ball they could be. Otherwise you need to come out and try score point to force them to throw the ball.

Tannebaum worked with Terry Bradway for a long while. I would expect his son Mike who works in the Chiefs organization to have a leg up for GM. I also fully expect they will try hard to go after Ben Johnson who was with Tannenbaum in Miami. A few other coaches to consider who have worked under Tannenbaum or Speilman; Dennard Wilson, Vance Joseph, Matt Burke, Kevin Stefanski, Brian Daboll, and Klint Kubiak. That said, none of this matters if they screw up the QB decision again.

66% of the time yes. Daboll was hired from outside of the organization. I think they are running out of Daboll guys though. I highly doubt Ronald Curry is the next hire. Maybe Rob Boras?

The team needs to be gutted. Douglas and Saleh should have been gone when Zach Wilson failed. They should have never thought a 40 year old quarterback would get them anywhere. It's almost like the owner of the team has never watched the NFL before. The only way for sustained success is to hit on a young QB in the Draft and build around him. Douglas was good at collecting talent and horrible at building a team. Saleh was too cocky for having won absolutely nothing. Call Rodgers anything you want but at the end of the day he still has a ring and will get the gold jacket. The people in that organization were just too stupid to realize that Aaron didn't earn those things himself. Football isn't basketball. You need all levels of an organization being great to win.

6 weeks ago the owner said they had put together one of the most talented rosters in Jet's history. I guess he finally came to his senses. Douglas should have been fired after the 2022 season when it was obvious he screwed up the Quarterback pick. Whoever takes over at GM needs to get rid of Rodgers as soon as possible. Otherwise they wont last long either.

If they dont resign Douglas dont be surprised if they draft cornerback in the 1st three rounds. If Milano comes back and doesnt play well, dont be surprised if they need to bring in another linebacker next year. I dont see either of these needs as far fetched.

I think Rex shied away from the reality of the situation. Mahomes has the better career to this point but at the moment Josh is the best QB in the NFL.
