    I believe we still need to spend a bit more this year to avoid having to pay a fine to the NFLPA. Some rule about not spending X amount over a three year period. That means we can probably expect either one more big deal or a few smaller ones.

    I could take Anderson or leave him at this point. I'm talking a third stringer for now. Most teams carry a guy to develop as a good backup or future starter.

    If he slides to like the 5th round, maybe the 4th I'd take him to be our developmental guy to be our backup behind Allen in a few years. Having a backup with a similar skillset as our starter is very valuable in todays nfl.

    I like what we did, the only guy I'm not pleased about is Kroft. I'd like for us to sign or draft another TE before the season starts. I can't place my finger on why I dont like the signing. Just a bad gut feeling.

    I actually called the fact that the jests were bidding against themselves in the other thread. Hilarious. I just wish he was able to get them to pay him 15-20 per year.

    DK does seem to fit the Beane 1st round philosophy of get the raw guy with huge upside. That being said I'd still be looking at jawaan taylor or the TE as well. I think we'd get better value at DT in the second or third round as the position is very deep this year and starters will still be there that late.
