Historic Possibilities. 2 Seed or Bust
ticketssince61 replied to Cvanvol7's topic in The Stadium Wall
Up until recently, a 2 seed only needed 1 win to go to conference championship and 2 to go to the super bowl. Now it is is 3 and 4 -

considering niners 6th will be a very late round pick and the broncos an early round pick - they are basically just swapping a few spots (same w Claypool with Dolphins and bears) -
I think one reason so many games are totally uninteresting is the search for the Elite QB More younger QB's are playing based on a) the QB salary structure and b) the need to find an Elite QB Teams can not afford to let a rookie QB sit on the bench for a year or two until they are ready so we have the pleasure of watching not-ready-for-prime-time QB's such as Ridder, Howell, Young, Richardson, Pickett, Fields, ... They may turn into great QB's, but they are not very watchable as of now

Agreed - not a single compelling matchup - makes it easy for survivor pools as there are lots "gimme" games -
OT: will that FG block by the Pats fundamentally change kicks?

A total aside - but Patriots should go back to these uni's -
Did not seem like JA ever had time in the pocket. Sacked 5x and had to scramble a bunch of others On our 3rd down in OT, Diggs was open but JA could not make an accurate throw because Q Williams was barreling unimpeded towards him We get the 1st down , there is no Punt return On most of the runs, there was nowhere to run It does not seem like any of our OL additions really made a difference

Coaches aren't the ones chucking the ball 40 yards to a receiver that is double covered -
There was nowhere for Cook to run - those delayed draws right into a clogged line of scrimmage were ridiculous. The one time they had a pitch out he got outside and had a nice gain

Not only a backup QB - but one who did not have game preparation

Not sure the accuracy of this source, but Bengals total revenue in 2022 rose 9% to $501 million last year, according to Sportico. That still ranks last in the NFL. But the team's operating profit jumped to $137 million ranking 11th. -

Has anyone checked on Louis Riddick? (Trey Lance news...)
ticketssince61 replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why would we trade a draft pick for a young, unproven, untested QB who would come in right before the season and be totally unfamiliar with the playbook. That draft pick we give up could be a MLB or OT They don't look good, but bottom line is we are most likely going w/ Barkley and Kyle Allen as our backup QB's -

Stubhub isn't as reliable as it used to be
ticketssince61 replied to sullim4's topic in The Stadium Wall
It is insane that Stubhub and TM charge fees to BOTH buyer and seller With TM you used to be able to select a few sections and then see all the tix available. Now you have to select each little dot on a seat to see the prices - so hard to find seats No Idea why Websites REMOVE functionality. I really believe that the website developers never actually USE their sites to see how it works for real people As a side note: I have 8 seats for all Games that I usually sell - Sec 111 Row 7 and Row 14 so DM me if interested. Tix are $$$ but no fees -
