  1. He exceeds everyone on that list in productivity. Fitzpatrick is the only one who comes close.
  2. And here we go... Flacco since 2015, the year Taylor took over for Buffalo, has a record of 14-18 and has thrown twice as many interceptions as touchdowns this season. So Ravens fans' are probably saying "Flacco is regressing and is at the end of the road". Bortles has never completed 60% of his passes since being drafted and has a losing career record. So Jaguars fans' are probably saying "If our 1st rd 3rd overall pick of Qb screws our season up because he can't hit his receivers 60% percent of the time he throws, I swear at season's end he's gator bait". You could already see from the Seniors Bowl that the 9'ers probably had something good in CJ Beathard. Hoyer is completing under 60% too. So 49ers fans' are probably singing The Hallelujah Song with the switch at Qb from "Brian "Journeyman" Hoyer. Tyrod Taylor has the higher Qb Rating of them all easily and the lower int% of them all this season. 6tds to 2 ints. 43 tds passing to 14 ints as of now for his career in Buffalo. More importantly has Buffalo positioned to reclaim the top spot in the division with a win. The fact that you just attempted to somehow group Taylor with these three Qb's who are struggling mightily for their respective teams, speaks to Taylor's point.
  3. Would saying "Many white people of America are very race-conscious" make it more an accurate statement? From what I read Taylor took blame for the parts of his play that he was fairly criticized for and was merely pointing out that there's less room for error, heightened scrutiny, and that being a black Qb factors in to how he is judged and the amount of leeway granted to him by the media and perhaps fans.
  4. Taylor is right. You're trying to be slick by naming other more heralded black Qb's with better stats. Same thing applies to those Qb's also. The second they started to slip in production you'd flip on them too because race is always in the back of people's minds' in America because that's the way many white Americans who are the dominant people in America numbers-wise think. America was built on the notion of racial inferiority and superiority; so why do people---especially white American people---pretend so much like this notion of racism still existing is a myth? Or worst yet, that it only exists because black people keep 'giving life' to it by mentioning it. White people are very much a race-conscious people. What's the point in pretending?
  5. Forget safety help... Why was Greg Mabin promoted to the 53? I felt like he was the goat. PI penalty and he could've killed the Bengals drive singlehandedly at the end. Failed miserably yesterday.
  6. Get your fat ass in there and do better then.
  7. I find it extremely weird how when a lot of you guys speak badly about the O-line you manage to miss out on badmouthing Incognito. C. Kouandjio was not garbage by the way. Was good pass blocking.
  8. No. I think the staff is trying to drive home the message to him that commitment to this new culture and production wins out. I think that along with him not being a full go is why he isn't seeing more action. 60-40 Discipline -injury. When fully healthy I think he's incorporated into the defense more and more. They've already driven home the message that it's all about production/commitment, nothing will just be given due to your big name, and that the team can win without you.
  9. Yep. And people still find reasons to not like him so...
  10. My point exactly. So how about waiting to see if he gets extended playing time when healthy and what he produces before completely turning on him?
  11. And how exactly did you determine that Dareus has zero ambition to play football? Only reason I bring up the McDermott hiring is because I know that many of the people who are all onboard now with this 3-1 start, scoffed at the idea of hiring McDermott in favor of more notable options. A lot of times people see the benefits in a thing only after it becomes very obvious. Those calling for a Dareus-dump right now would likely change their tune with positive results from a healthy Dareus under the new regime, much like people have about McDermott and the team's direction after the 3-1 start. Not saying this new regime doesn't continue to clean house and wash its hands clean of Dareus, but the calls for a talent like him to be traded as soon as a week from now without even seeing if he's gotten the message from the new guys is absolutely absurd and hasty.
  12. Of course a sore ankle is no big deal to you because you're not standing on it. The defense hasn't missed a beat without him because he doesn't make the defense by himself. Did you even call for this great start at the beginning of the season? Did you even call the McDermott hiring like I did? If no, I don't think you have any room to be so dismissive of what Dareus has to offer to this team. I think the coaching staff understands the talent he is better than you do.
  13. You all are nuts if you think Dareus can't still wreck sh** on the field. I don't know where people get this "Dareus is lazy" crap from. He's very effective and is a huge asset on defense. He just needs to show professionalism and maturity when away from the field. What? He hasn't been healthy. The defense becomes that much more of a problem with him. You don't let him go just like that. The sack totals will only increase with a healthy Dareus in the lineup. You guys turn on talented players who run into a little trouble in a heartbeat even when they are contributors much like you'll lose faith in the team entirely after a loss until the next win.
  14. Blah, blah, blah...
  15. Yeah buddy! EJ Gaines looking better than Stephon Gilmore on the right and Tre'Davious White looking like he's coming into his own on the left. NO TANK in the Bills vocab! 2-1!!! Let's keep it going.
  16. These folks are fickle just like women.
  17. You're either blind or simply just a liar. That was a hold on Incognito, just not a blatant one. Incognito also got bullrushed into Taylor for the sack. Incognito is the stupid one and he's also overrated.
  18. There's your Bills tatted-up, tough guy, meathead, Richie Incognito killing the drive singlehandedly. I bet his BFF Eric Wood just allows him to walk off the field and back to the bench like it was no big deal.
  19. Now I'm just not understanding this new regime. Starting to think someone has a bad case of Chip Kellyitis.
  20. What!?! They cut Jonathan Williams???
  21. Preseason is precisely where you judge him. Are you basing your he does "his best at gametime" comment from his Clemson games? Just call it straight, the dude isn't an impact player or scary in the NFL regardless of his menacing, gonna-start-a-barroom-fight physical appearance that he established in college.
  22. I doubt it, Alexander was mentioned as being one of the leaders McDermott was counting on to guide the younger players. But that would be a surprise. I'd say Logan Thomas because they talked so much about his upside. A more shocking one that could happen, but I hope doesn't, is Nick O'Leary being cut.
  23. Yeah I know...you should be grateful.
