    Problem as I see it is that it was against a dejected Fish D who basically threw in the towel against our scrubs. Not sure Williams would be effective or as effective against a Ravens D in a playoff.

    Completely and utterly positive, never a shred of doubt (Well...maybe a little when he punted on 4th and 1 in the Indy snow game) The cultural shift under his leadership has been one of biblical proportions.
