Bad coaching bringing this team down
SydneyBillsFan replied to Cal's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes, that was the one truly poor performance of the season. I suppose the other thing to factor in is the crowd noise (at least in games at the Ralph), which this year's defence has not had the benefit of. Still, that should not account for such a sharp decline in performance by the defence. -

Well I dunno about that...we held the Ravens and Pats to 24 and the Texans to 19 in regular time when those top level QB's were all white hot. Last year's defence was playing with a lot of confidence. I don't think that is the case this year. The question for me is - how much of that is on Frazier? -

True. But it's also a numbers game: - 32 v Rams - 28 v Fish - 24 v Raiders - 42 v Titans - 26 v KC (in BAD weather) - 21 v Pats (would likely have been 28 if Cam doesn't fumble) - 34 v Hawks - 32 v Cards These are simply not "Playoff Calibre" numbers. If I am McD, I am putting Frazier on notice. -

Must admit that I am beginning to lose faith in Leslie. From last year we have lost Star, Shaq and Jordan Phillips. We have gained Harry, Jefferson, Addison, Epanesa, Norman and Butler. On paper at least, I would argue that the difference in talent lost v talent acquired is negligible. I recognise that COVID and injuries have played their part but it is still hard to justify the substantial drop in performance. The buck stops with Leslie Frazier. -
Dawson Knox and the TE position

I won't write him off just yet but McBeane's patience would be wearing thin, surely -
All I know is that eight hours on I still feel sick in the stomach.

Unfortunately, I think the bye has come a week too late.

Matt Hasselbeck on QB “intangibles” and Josh...
SydneyBillsFan replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Correct me if I am wrong but Jim never had a 4000 yard passing season, yeah? Josh will likely have one up his sleeve in 2020 - in only his second full season. And I suspect that, barring serious injury, there will be many more to come. -
Stephen's A-List - Top 5 NFL teams - Bills at 2
SydneyBillsFan replied to SydneyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
When he began listing them in reverse order, i was hoping he had us 4th or 5th (thats where i think we belong right now), so when he read out the Steelers and Packers, i thought he must have had us 6th or lower. You could have knocked me over with a feather when he had us 2nd. That is plain wrong. If it was a weekly thing, he would have had Miami's win in Arizona ranked higher than the Stillers pitiful effort in Dallas. Besides, he spells it all out pretty clearly in the video. -

Stephen A's top 5: 1. Chiefs 2. Bills 3. Saints 4. Steelers 5. Packers -
First Take on ESPN with Stephen A. Smith today, has had the Bills - who were not in his top 5 last week - shoot up to no. 2 this week. His take: "Let's go to number 2 on the list.....the, the, the...BUFFALO BILLS Y'ALL!! 7 and 2 on the season, Josh Allen completing 69% of his passes, the Bills beating the Seattle Seahawks, dropping 44 on them to get it done. The Buffalo Bills are coming!! - they may very well be the 2nd best team in the AFC - even though they have the 3rd best record - behind the Chiefs and the Steelers of course. The Buffalo Bills are a team to be reckoned with - and I've got them at number 2 on my list" He is an emotional guy - but he sure aint stupid. We're coming all right.

Best Countries To Relocate To For Americans
SydneyBillsFan replied to Like A Mofo's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I would welcome you with open arms but unfortunately Australia suffers from the same woke liberal left green virtue signalling disease that is obviously afflicting the once great US of A. May I respectfully suggest Antarctica - hasn't yet been polluted by the looney left to the best of my knowledge. New Zealand?? Ardern just won their election in a landslide. Think of Hillary but with less corruption but much more woke crap and climate change delusions of grandeur. Even the sheep in NZ are looking favourably at the meat grinder. -

If Trump loses and refuses to leave

As Trump was gathering momentum and surging ahead - Why did the vote counting stop in three key states AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME?? He has not just the right - but an obligation - to take the matter to the supreme court. -
Moss took a big step forward for mine. Singletary won me over last year. We have our running back committee for years to come.

They are terrible. A narrow win without a touchdown would not be a good thing for our confidence after zero touchdowns against the Jets. We need to show something on offense. In my opinion only.
-
No, I am only settling for a win where we score at least 2 touchdowns.
