Are you seriously asking who Dan Patrick is? If so, I'm gonna need to see some I.D. so I can let you buy beer.......
You sure can buy me a beer, ha ha!
My point was not that I don't know the national media, but that the national media doesn't know diddly squat about The Bills.

Dan Patrick...
Who's he? Is he national? If so, not interested... if you turn the chum bucket, all you're going to get is turned chum...

are there really 6 takeaways from the trade? Seems like a lot.
Yeah, @klos63, I only counted two takeways that Jones allowed in the New England game ???

I give a Quartercrap.
Also, Blowhard finally got a hardon for the Bills? Unbelievable, really. The guy just spews uninformed hate towards us for years. Now that other media people are catching on, he feels like it's safe for him to parrot his cronies? Not a shred of original thought...
But at least he's finally admitting the Bills are solid.

I want to live in a world where every one understands this is a special teams move and not a back-up running back move.

Maybe Singletary can be the lead guy with Gore filling in for the tough yardage, but it definitely won't hurt his progress to bring in an elite back to watch and learn from.
Yeah, let's bring in Emmitt Smith, dig up Sweetness, and Bring back Barry... oh wait... Frank Gore is about to supplant him on the all-time elite list of RB's in history...
Gore IS elite, in terms of knowledge and experience. You can't get much more elite, in terms of someone to learn under.

Lee Smith with some Daboll-made trickery! Loved that play. Easy toss up! Go Bills!

Jordan Phillips is a flippin' Man Beast!
Also, there was an uncalled facemask on Lawson.

Well, he's already made it further than another TBD message board legend: D'aRick Rogers. Hard bar to shimmy under.
In all honesty, I hope he gets some snaps, especially in the red zone.

Doesn't he have aids down in South Florida to help him wipe away any liquid discharges?
You've got it all backwards... the Aids GAVE HIM the liquid discharges.
What are they teaching kids in science class, these days ?

Let’s go! I truly think they knew he would clear days ago, but just waited until this morning to actually have the test done with the UNC.
Old McBeane, playing that 4D like Rachmaninov on a grand piano ???

He was active last week but banged up and didn’t play much - 1 snap I think.
Oh, right, I think I recall hearing that he lacerated his funny bone on the Statue of Liberty play.

Come on, McBeane, activate McKittrick already, for gosh sakes!

And Jerry will get an unsportsmanlike conduct for hurting their fingers.
Or for trying too hard, and another one for running too fast, and he will get ejected. Typical...

Any chance of elevating Wade for this week - just to throw a nice wrinkle at them? And give him a couple chances.
When they made wade the 11th member of the PS, they forfeited their ability to add him the the 53 this year. He is also NOT eligible to be picked up by another team, this year.

The Pats are Rocky at the beginning of Rocky III.
The Bills are Clubber Lang.
My prediction for the Pats: Pain!

1 hour ago, I am the egg man said:Alabama QB's Bart Starr: 97W-57L-6T, 2 SB wins. Ken Stabler: 96W- 49L-1T, 1 SB win, weren't NFL quality starting QB's ?
Even Joe Namath, first to pass for 4000 yds. on shot knees, won a Super Bowl and was only a game under .500 in wins on a mostly bad Jet teams
Maybe only to us who had to walk to school up hill both ways could appreciate how good they were when they played .
Ah, that's before my time. I guess I'm looking at it in terms of their recent dominance (past 10 - 15 years) NOT translating into star NFL QB's. They have been absolutely crushing teams in college, and it just seems like you would expect a good QB to come from that, somewhere.
Mine was more of an observation based on recent teams. Should have made that caveat clear... my bad.

Such a tired point to make. Question. Has Wyoming? Has Duke? Had Clemson before Watson? Don't get me wrong, Jameis is a terrible face of the franchise, but it has nothing to do with where he went to school.
To be fair, even the vaunted Alabama program has underperformed, in terms of quality NFL starting QB production. AJ McCarron, anyone?

Back on August 16th, there was a post here about NFL Head Coach security Ratings. Here's the thread:
The article referenced by the OP was by Dan Hanzus (Around the NFL Writer). In his rating, he had McDermott rated as the 12th most secure NFL coach. Link below:
I just wanted to revisit this, and see what people thought, now, given the Bills' 3-0 record, the "Super Bowl Bound" Browns' meltdown, the mess in New Jersey, Antonio's Trail of Teams Spilling Tears, the unfortunate loss of Big Ben in Pitt, the uncertainty surrounding the Kyler Murray Experiment... the list goes on.

One thing I really want to see on D?
Remember how much super Mario used to cry, under Sexy Rexy, about having to drop into coverage?
Well, I would love to see Eddy O line up as a DE, juke inside, turn, and LEVEL PEDelman as he tries to sneak just behind the line, and sit in a zone hole (within 5 yards of the line, and completely legally, of course).
I just want to see that whimpering, drugged-up rat shown that this Bills team are a bunch of mean mo'fo's, and we aren't going to let him and his pick-play cheatery go unpunished.

He dropped a dime from Allen inside the 5 that changed the momentum of that entire game.
I call good coverage by Kirkpatrick, on that "drop". If you could make that catch, stop whining on a message board, and go tryout for the Dolphins ?
