At this point man, while I generally love draft picks and think the team could do well to fill positions, at this point, we've come this far, we might as well finish it. Don't leave the job undone or don't do a half-ass job. Finish the damn thing and get the QB. Let everything else work itself out.

Steelers have no place for Lawson in their defense. He's not an OLB and he's way too light to play on the interior. I doubt they would give up a draft pick for a guy who at best would be a subpackage player for them.

Pitt is not taking Shaq. They have Watt and DuPree as their edge rushers. Doesn't make sense for the Steelers at all.

Now all they need to do is hope Phillips is there in round 2. Take him and DT is set. Edge is going to be an issue.

That's not his game. He's still rated as one of the better run stopping DT's in the league.

It's about familiarity and reliability. They know this guy. Secondly, Star doesn't make a lot of headlines but he does the dirty work. Not a very exciting signing but should be one that makes it more difficult for people to run up the middle on us.

I don't think GM's approach and grade that way. They probably like all three guys. It's like dating man. You date three women at the same time and you could see yourself with either of them. Just let things work themselves out but make sure you get 1 of them.

We will be trading 12, 22, a second and a third most likely. That's pretty close to the Philly Deal from a couple of years ago. This will leave us with 1 pick in each of the first three rounds at least.

Honestly, they are either signing a FA or trading for a Vet, or they are trading way up. They have pretty much put themselves into a situation where they have to do one or the other or all of the above.

I don't think they are. I think they are eying a QB. If they actually trusted Tannehill then why would they trade away his top target? There is a difference for the Phins though. If you look at their Offense, they still have everything around for a rookie QB (although they traded Landry away) and they are pretty set on defense so they could actually sell their soul for a QB. Gase probably wants his own QB and Tannehill is obviously not their guy. He's unavailable and he's not very good when he is. Why wouldn't they want a QB? And while you think it's outrageous for them to sell their souls for a QB, but it is OK for the Bills to do so, I'm confused? In any case both teams need franchise QB's and it'll be interesting to see what happens.

This is actually not that much different than the one they posted on the 8th. It's the same for the Bills, the only thing that has changed is the Browns picks. I said in another thread this would be the best thing that could happen for us and I still think it is. The only concern though is if Miami wants to move down into the top 5. That's what you have to watch out for.

The Browns are wheelin and dealing. They just sent Kizer to the Packers. Close this up somebody else posted it and I didn't see it.

If they trade for Foles it's probably because they don't have the ammo that teams are asking for to get into those top spots. You trade for Foles, take a guy like Rudolph or White in round two or three.

I'm thinking it's a vet. There's no way you go into the draft like this with teams knowing exactly what you will have to do.

I'm suspecting that this means the Bills have a trade in place or they have a deal in place for a QB. I don't think they would do this without either some trade or some deal in place. I think it's a vet QB rather than a rookie.
