  1. They need your tax return for two main reasons: -it's usually linked to a bank account they can wire the money to -it provides a value for Gross Adjusted Income, which is needed to determine how much money you will get I would assume they would check the most recent tax return they have on file (2018 or 2019 only). If you think you can get more money with 2019 vs 2018, then yes I would file your return ASAP. The checks aren't going out until at least the first week of April, so you have time.
  2. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-52045958 So, the FBI agents who killed the right-wing extremist in Missouri before he could blow up that hospital... were they agents of the pre-Deep State cleansing or post-Deep State cleansing? I know the FBI was compromised and all that so I'm not sure who I should be thanking for this.

  4. The window is about to open, ladies and gentlemen. Let's get it done while the gettin' is good!
  5. I thought they wanted people to stay in their homes. Wouldn't they be dragging them to their homes?
  6. That's interesting. Didn't know that part.
  7. When should negotiations begin in regards to extending McBeane?
  8. Good. That game legitimately felt like the only one we didn't stand a chance of winning. Every other game was a contest.
  9. Look, I agree that he could learn a different system with few problems, but that has nothing to do with sitting on the sidelines and watching the opposing team's offense for 2 decades. I mean, how much of that time do you think he's sitting there studying the opposing team's offense and NOT the opposing team's defense? As I said, I agree with you but your supporting argument is ridiculous.
  10. I don't understand the A grades. It's pretty much universally thought that Hopkins is better than Diggs. If we had gotten Hopkins instead of Diggs, how do you grade that trade? It'd be off the charts. A is reserved for the best outcomes. This wasn't the best outcome.
  11. Huh? Brady doesn't beat the opposing offense. He plays against the opposing defense. His job has nothing to do with opposing offensive schemes. This comment makes no sense.
  12. B. In 2016 and 2018 he had 10.8 and 10.0 yards/reception. That seems stupid low for a "#1 WR" if you ask me. I didn't watch any Vikings games so maybe there's a good explanation for that (like did he play mostly slot those two years?).
  13. That's why government has a role in organizing and administering the masses. If most people are left to their own devices, you get the Tragedy of the Commons type stuff.
  14. We'd be able to quarantine far more effectively if we had a good grasp of the worst hit areas. It'd also be nice to know if we were one of the 4-out-of-5 who got the virus but had relatively mild symptoms. Knowing if you're immune could be very beneficial for both you personally and society at large. Knowledge is power.
  15. I always found it funny (and telling) how offensive linemen are very often in their lineup when not even on the field. Whether it's sitting on the bench, in the film room, or at a restaurant table for dinner, the way they situate themselves is pretty much LT-LG-C-RG-RT from left to right.
  16. This is pretty good news. Trump and Pelosi have agreed to a relief package. Now it's up to the Senate to pass it up to Trump's desk for a signature. https://www.npr.org/2020/03/13/815405451/negotiations-wear-on-over-coronavirus-relief-bill-republicans-await-trumps-suppo
  17. Afaik Italy has tested more people than we have, so it's almost certain that those numbers for the US aren't equal to the actual number of cases.
  18. I'd put McD at 82 and Beane at 90 for an average of 86. If Beane lands a playmaker or two this draft then he bumps up above 90 (gotta have more than solid players and depth to win in January). If McD can clean up some of his game management decisions and get deep into the playoffs that pushes him into the high 80s. Defensively he's a mid-high 90s, but as a head coach there's still some areas with room for improvement.
  19. If it doesn't make a big difference then there isn't as much of an argument against getting rid of it.
  20. I understand that's how it works, but it doesn't make sense in a league of supposed parity. It's the opposite of the logic that is applied to the rest of the draft, i.e. the worst teams get the best draft value and vice versa.
  21. I found that rather odd as well.
  22. Correct. Just think of all the times Brady throws the ball away by throwing it at a receiver's feet. His "intent" is to ground the ball but he does it in a way that avoids an intentional grounding penalty being called.
  23. That's what I'm sayin'.
