    That is exactly what I’m thinking 7 would have been a good spot to move up to make that deal ( at least) with the Colts if Giants are staying put at 2 !

    I agree 100% but for the sake of playing the devils advocate , Maybe the Colts we’re not willing to move all the way down to #12 , maybe moving down 3 spots the Colts believe they can still get they’re guy and they got 3 second round picks , what I think happened is while we were looking for a partner to move up closer in the top 10 , the Jets just beat us to it !!!

    I don’t think Cleveland is moving out of the 1st , ( even if they wanted too ) 0-16 season without a quality starting QB , they could have gotten Carson Wentz and traded out of the 2nd ! The go 0-16 and now trade out of the 1st when they can have the pick of the litter?? I know it’s Cleveland but c’mon man !!!

    What If McBeane administration only likes 2 of the ( so called TOP 4 ) and both Cleveland and the Giants are not only not willing to trade down ( no matter the cost) but are also taking the only two QB’s that we’re willing to ( give up the farm for )

    This ^^^^^ Unless we have Lamar Jackson rated higher on our board , at the same time if he’s rated as 3rd or 4th best QB on our board then we should NOT take him just for the sake of taking a QB , but im with you here if Mayfield still there when it’s Colts pick and we don’t move up to grab him at 6 , I would be REALLY disappointed, especially if he goes to Miami

    I will let you know in 4 weeks from today , because there’s a good chance that Buffalo may have another young QB on the roaster maybe even a better prospect then Mahomes
