you just named 4 QB's that were not the best of scramblers like JA. congrats.. and no.. they did not do it like you say
-
it is and you said it... he is not a receiver, he is blocking. he is in the pocket and throw is to the ground behind the line of scrimmage. If it were this easy Every QB would do it. Asking a good scrambling QB who throws out of the pocket very well to just do what you do is crazy man.
-
And So you want to take the scrambling away from Allen... That is crazy . and if you take 3 steps back and down the ball like you said, that is called Intentional Grounding. Loss of down. You're not going to take the scramble out of JA.. Its stupid talk.. its who JA is to the core... What you do is take away all those planned QB Runs outside a 3rd or fourth and a half a yard.. Josh is a damn good scrambler and you want to take that away? CLUELESS

LOL! ok man..

100% agree Come on man... you cant compare that, to what we have now....... I get all in good fun but the crazy narratives have to stop man lol

Are we more deserving of the SB hype this year than last?
PrimeTime101 replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
You know, I have to be honest... I never liked the word "deserving" with sports. If you have won a SB or not you earn it. No one deserves anything in sports. Is this just me? -
I think there are parts missing. lets list. "we had two TEs who ca catch" Knox and who? Cause Knox was the only one that could catch. I think you are missing the part that how often Knox was dropping balls. I think you are missing the part where Knox was not getting good separation a good chunk of the time I think you are missing the part where Our OC came out of a system in Carolina and watched how well top catching TEs do. I think you are missing the part of how bad our line was last year as well. And I think its silly to misunderstand how good this player is in Kincaid... Many feel Kincaid would be the top te in the last 8 drafts. Its crazy to think Dorsey will not play a Kincaid properly.. Just because of what happened last year, you can not assume Dorsey will ignore Kincaid. 2 TE's that can catch? Like Knox/Kincaid? And the bolded is crazier talk yet... Nearly Each Down Fans Saw Players Open? come on man... Stop with that crazy narrative lol

This is an interesting take. I think when you blow out a team the way they did the year before, it has to go through their thought process that the offense can repeat. But to be honest, I do not think it is reality. The deep stuff was open and not the short stuff and we just did not execute.

Do you guys feel right about FA/Draft and the "Process" ?

I agree -
they either put him on heavy(good) TE's or he hit the gaps in the running game. In the passing game he was flipped out for an extra corner.
-
our offense needed more help then defense. Top 15 offensive line and another weapon get us to the SB. I 100% believe it. When your back end is so good it makes up for other issues. As for them figuring it out eventually? They looked at plenty of film on the sidelines to counter it and they still could not counter it.

your right. so he bumped Kelce at the line that one game, then went at the QB and RB and then the S or a C took over coverage. He is a physical box guy not a cover guy. its now we did it that was successful When Milano was out. I called it When I was on with Akeem on a life podcast with him that, Kelse would get bumped and released after 5 and then a S or or corner would take out. I was Right and THEN he posted my clip saying it on facebook. Just because a dude is bad in coverage does not mean you can not use that dude the same way and scheme coverage different.

NO. Unless we 100000% change our playbook, I have our TE going 600-700 yards max the first year. And I am sure some on these boards will go flip with me just by throwing out those numbers... -

I am with you, and to be honest? I am tired of people trying to tell me "I can't have this opinion" I think it is spot on everything you said here. Thanks for replying. I think at the end of the year last year, everyone asked themselves... if we had a top 15 line would things be different? My answer to that is yes. And I think we are close to top 15 line. It will be a fun year.. we were so close last year, and I think emotions/injuries popped us out. We stay healthy, we right back to the champ game. -

everything on Dorsey now. To guess on numbers or anything of the sort, you have to assume dorsey will turn it around -
this is high expectations, and I like it!
