  1. I can't put my money on Davis another year.. Year after year of ankle injures. he turned into sammy watkins jr. People that say a rookie won't get the #2 in targets i think its tough.. Lets put it this way... I think what Kincaid and Davis gets, as the year goes it gets closer and closer. I think Kincaid targets will only slightly be higher so I choose Kincaid. People need to stop living in the past with Knox not getting targets. Knox was not getting open enough and had drop issues early on.. A QB loses faith after a while. Just because throws to knox were not often enough, does not mean they were not called.
  2. Knox got the knox treatment for good reason. Was not getting open, dropping balls... and I think Josh lost a little faith in him even though he had 1 fantastic one handed catch that one game. I think it is not just the player that is coming but the combination of the 2 that can do a ton of damage cheers.
  3. Let's just skip the specifics and look at the picture as a whole. Ignore the names and stats but instead lets clue on what we did this offseason and draft. The offensive line and WR team was a huge weakness this offseason. So we signed some FA's at the guard position and at the very least created a ton of competition at both guard positions. We added a TE that can play slot as well and gave Josh Allen a target. At the HB position we lost our starter, but we have a rookie from last year with a bright future, likely a starter and created a ton of backup competition. The Defensive Line, many thought we would pick up a big DI or any DI that had some talent. Our Biggest Loss was ILB. Many of us wish we had that good ILB.. But what we have is a name coming back and more competition at the position. For me we still have a hole at ILB, but are we not a much better team post FA/Draft? I see a ton of negativity on these boards and I will not even call them haters. we all have the right to opinions and sometimes we get frustrated but I still ask.. Did we not get way better? Thus the pole. I am trying to keep this topic general non specific and look at the big picture.. so.. what say you? I will be interested in Poll results, and TY for the read.
  4. it does get old. Thanks for understanding my view. and YES to bolded. I guess I am just so tired of the hate that goes on, on these boards. Maybe you just ended out being the fall out on it for me.. for that I apologize but at the end? I am glad we can talk about it like 2 sensible people.
  5. NA, what you ae doing is trying to force your opinion on everyone else. Not upset. stating facts. You took this way further than NewEra. I have a ton of respect for him. HE gives his opinions without having to force it onto others. I have the right to my opinion. you to yours. But don't tell me how I should "feel"
  6. here is the big banger.. Ready for this? Each individual can have what ever expectation they want out of a player, agree or not.. What drives me nuts is people telling other people what they MUST expect and not expect... I find that hysterical. I think the Kid could cap off his year at 600 yards based on what we have and the variety of ways we can use him. No one is going to ask him to run block. every run down. But lining up on the LOS and chipping a de then running for a rout? That is a typically normal habit of even a receiving TE. You think he will only get 300 yards? that is your opinion but don't tell me what my opinion can or can not be. Just because the GM says "they both will work well together" does not mean he can not line up on the other side of the LOS, Chip and receive a ball against good DL teams.
  7. This is some kind of garbage right here.. Did you look at how good their offenses are? Stupid to waste a first and a fourth on this position? Do you not watch the highlights? Do you not watch what the NFL world is saying about this kid? Keep coming to your own dumb conclusions.... Who cares what he said about Ed Oliver... not every player pans out to an elite player. What Beane says about a player like Oliver is what everyone else was saying.. No one has a crystal ball and knows ahead of time how a player would be when they hit the NFL field. That being said, I am done with the cry baby nay sayers that are so negative about everything. It gets old. Its peoples job to build hope for players when they feel that way... how many times have you been wrong about a player? What a downer. You must be a "ball" at parties...
  8. I stand corrected, pff does screw it up now and then
  9. JR. Class Snaps by Alignment Position---2022-----2021 ----2020 LT---------0----------0---------0 LG---------0----------0---------0 C----------0-----------0--------0 RG---------697------761------699 RT---------0---------46--------0 ---------fresh-------soft--------JR Per PFF. I do not know where you are getting your info from
  10. billion % agree. and for the knowing how to protect yourself? Case in point.. Look at how Josh Allen falls when tacked... Almost like he is just sitting down, unlike tua.. he leans backwards... So knowing how to take a hit, Fall and toughness is huge. Great post.
  11. Cook is coming off a rookie year and I think what is more important is who will be that #2 guy. more competition, the better the players get.
  12. His entire football career he played RG (I stand corrected he did play LG early in his career)... To your bolded I agree. At the least... we have competition at LG. At the Least (if morse stays healthy) I think we have reached top 15 line as a whole. No gloom and doom here I agree with most of your other points. well said.
  13. Age is only in the eye of the beholder. I would never compare a draft prospect that has not set foot on the nfl field yet to a possible Kelce. I put the kids ceiling at Kittle, but that does not mean he won't be better and if we have the next Kittle? is anyone going to complain? High Tier Talent is all that needs to be said about Kincaid.
  14. Good night, sleep tight, and don't let the bedbugs bite
  15. yes accept he can make it up with his quickness and slightly faster... Edmunds was horrible in coverage.. this guy is not. I will judge though when nfl practices and preseason games hit.
  16. I agree, he will elevate Knox, Knox and Kincaid are going to give teams nightmares.
  17. Knox first year he got 28 rec. for 388 yards Last year 48 for 517 yards Ebron only played 13 games Oj Howard plays on the line a lot more than slot. To many inconsistenc1ies on your list. For example.. Hockenson only started 12 games first year I don't think you get it... #1, the numbers on other teams does not matter because who did some of them have throwing the rock? #2, Kincaid will be out there weather Knox lines up or not.. Saying they share targets is silly considering Kincaid spent 2/3rds of the time or more in the slot.. per pff. 600 yards easy The GM even said the 2 of them should "pair up nicely." If anyone gets the rock less its Knox and Davis. If this dude gets 40 catches? He does not stop at the point of catching a ball.. he will have 100 or more yards added to it. Unlike knox.. this is a more trusted receiver that i could see easily pulling 600 yards this season. This is a different beast that will command JA attention, Unlike Davis, Knox, or Shakir
  18. suh is out. he is like 36 years old Matt Ionnidis had 1 sack last year grades in the 60's Quinn was HORRIBLE last year Ingram, I would be interested, I believe he had 8 solo sacks. Ford was average at best I could keep going, but the only one on the list i really want? Ingram. he could help us immediately
  19. disconnect mike use arrows to get to buttons and click next page that way. see what happens
