The op asks "What Do YOU Remember about Thurman Thomas?" and your biggest thought came through your head was how good of a blocker he was? think about how that looks. -

trolls like you don't belong on these forums. -
This is laughable. If you think people don't know what "highlights" mean then your lost..
-
That's laughable. Every team needs a Franchise QB and most team strive to get one.. Unless your defense is top 5 and that's rare for a team to consistently do that then you need a good QB! nothing more.. nothing less. And if outsiders do not understand that then your lost. sorry

Scorp tell me. How do you know this was a bad pick. You cant see into the future. Just as many people that liked the pick hated it. But by all means, reach to your crystal ball and tell me what my lottery pick is going to be next week because getting QB's in the draft is a darn near crap shoot. Many put Allen at second best QB in draft. Does it mean he will pan out? nope. But it sure as heck doesn't mean that he is going to be garbage either. this was a 50/50 pick like I said. many loved it many hated it.

While there were some fans who hoped the Bills would land Josh Allen, there were others who were in favor of the team landing Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold, Josh Rosen or Lamar Jackson. Although Bills fans were torn on who they wanted the team to select, no one can question the Bills Mafia's support of Allen. According to Fanatics.com, Allen's jersey is among the most sold for 2018 NFL draftees. The Bills quarterback is currently No. 4 behind New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley, Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield and New York Jets quarterback Sam Darnold. Shaquem Griffin of the Seattle Seahawks rounded out the top five.

Most people here get where my frustration is coming from and it wasn't a negative threat it was posting my frustrations about posters here in forums. 22 Likes and 17 Thank you. If you don't get it that's not my problem and if you don't like it then don't read it
-
now this is a fair statement and I do get where your coming from and thus shows how the negativity has gotten to me so much ya know? I guess I should take a week off from the boards haha
-
Go through the boards.. do you no how many posts people have compared the 2? not because of what the GM's have said but flat out comparing them? its pretty easy to come to that conclusion that that's what he is getting to. Go to the Josh Allen thread and read down each page how many different people have compared him to JP or EJ? lots. Its not a leap when you have seen it many times on these boards Gunner. Why does it matter what the GM says about the QB? its what the QB does when he its the fields that matters. I can care less what our GM says about the guy cause its just a GM flapping his lungs making a QB pick look good. nothing more nothing less.
-
he has his opinion I have mine you have yours. Here is the thing.. We have new Coach New GM and what your doing is comparing what they say to what Whaley said and expecting the same result because of it? That seems fair? This seems right to you? So your taking information in the past and comparing it with information given now and saying.. hmm.. its same info, they MUST be same type of player.. sorry that doesn't ride well with me.
-
Why light that match? is it really worth it? lol
-
Haters will be Haters till a guy does well then they will root for him like it was the best draft in the world. nature of the beast on these boards. thanks for your reply bro.
-
EDITED So From talking to Gunner I changed my thoughts on this post and I guess this is just where the negativity has gotten to me. I added together you thinking that because prior GMS and current GMS are saying the same thing that you must think Allen is another JP or EJ. I am not sure if that where you were getting to but I shouldn't assume it.

I think its amazing how we get replies from people on the outside loving our picks and actual Bills Fans hating them I think we had a solid draft and thanks for your post!

RD1, Pick 7: Josh Allen QB - Wyoming
PrimeTime101 replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So let me get this right.. they show good that he scans the field then after that bad that its one read offense? and then in that one read offense he is zipping ball out of there within 3 seconds? I don't get it. So many good throws out of pocket, running for his life... that's something amazing in itself. One other thing I noticed.. He realizes when he needs to loop that ball in air or when to throw a bullet.. This was the problem JP had and EJ had. and the fact that he has shown improvement in his workouts speaks dividends! He was not my guy when he was drafted but now we have Allen.. Allen is a Buffalo Bill and I am backing him because of that. this isn't called blind faith this is called backing what is on the field. IF you don't like the product when he plays regular season football then great.. till then I hope for the best and root for the team. Anyhow.. The kid has talent and there is no way to deny this. Will it translate to the NFL level? no one really knows for sure but I will be rooting for him. -
EXACTLY why I think Beane blew the '18 draft. -Rd. 1

RD 1, Pick 16: Tremaine Edmunds OLB - Virginia Tech
PrimeTime101 replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I watched how he covered well but struggled holding the gaps in many run plays. Lets facts you, myself or the man on the moon will know how he performs at MLB at NFL level. personally I think he will be just fine! -
Ya just never know though.. some times we can be shocked you know? I do think your right though
