We put a ton of capital into him BUT to sit here and use a crystal globe into his future of his injuries and because of his injuries you feel it hinders his learning curve other then missing games I disagree with. I wanted him out for the whole year. Red shirt him. Let the kid learn. The thing is now.. you broke the ice, he has fallen through the waters and we have already pulled the space heaters out for him to dry I feel this kid is a strong solid thinker, He doesn't let things get to his head other then the fact with some happy feet, witch who wouldn't get happy feet behind this line. That being said he PROVED he can stand in the pocket and throw a 40 yard dart and have it completed just before getting hit. The bonuses come with this in my view the perfect vet for him. In Josh Allen I feel we have a raw Cam Newton type of player with a higher ceiling and who better to have someone help Josh then Derek Anderson. A guy who has been in the NFL since 2005. A MENTOR more then a QB. A guy that has seen it all in the NFL and can talk to Allen In game. Who has been working with Josh Allen in between offensive plays? A QB coach that spend his career as a WR coach? Peterman?(Peterman seems to be in hiding during games? why?), I wouldn't of called AJ a vet for what little he played in 3 years.. Do you guys really think Daball from the booth helps him much during a game? Sitting there with a tablet is his in game to go to guy to talk about what happened and what went wrong or what he could do better? The lack of a good person on the sideline helping this rookie is exactly what we needed from week 1. There are some QB's in this league that injuries don't effect them and some how I think the only thing that effected Josh Allen is the lack of a yellow flag on that garbage head leaning hit to his arm. I cant wait till Josh Allen is healed from his injuries, and has a vet/mentor on the sidelines working with the kid to get better. Benching Josh Allen for the rest of the year could hurt him more mentally for the duration of the year then taking hits and looking into a crystal ball on future injuries. I say. Let him play

#1 Mahomes was able to sit behind a vet and just watch for a year. (Something I still think we should trade for and do) #2 KC has an incredible supporting cast #3 No one on this earth had any clue Mahomes would be good other then KC fans and there crystal ball and management hoping so. #4 I truly think the person that is really screwing with our current QB is our OC. Example.. 3rd and 4 and 3 out of the 4 receivers out on a rout go deep. Tell me why? Another example, constantly running McCoy up the middle in a bad line. Pitch it to him.. do something different. #5 our supporting cast is near worst in league right now. Fans are BITTER! could of had.. would have.. and its because our rookie is looking bad right now. Fans you want to be ticked off? BE ticked off at these things.. #1 Why didn't they work harder fixing this OL in FA, Draft. when your a team in a draft its normally BPA. But when your have a team that is in bad shape like this O'Line you don't just do very little about it and hope backups will hold up. #2 How come they didn't work harder getting better, faster receivers in here? #3 How come they didn't see how bad Peterman really is? Why not junk him now for a vet and let Josh Allen learn and play? those are the things fans should be ticked off about... You build an Line at same time you get your QB. When you get your what you think is a Franchise QB.. That line at the very least is strong.. I mean seriously? how many times are we going to see the left or right guard help pinch on a DT for no reason what so ever and watch a LB run right around him? be ticked off at these things.

so... QB, Future starting TE LT C WR core. ILB We have lots of older players that drive our average up but its some of these key positions that are young or future young. pretty sure that's what he is referring to.

To be honest, I am tired of talking about past QB that we "ruined" Much of what a QB is able to get accomplished isn't based on when you start him as much as is he ready? Is he being coached up properly? Is the OC going to do a good job easing him in the system? The mental part is there and he has physical ability, for me its reps with starters in practices/preseason games that will help decide where he is at. Coaching, readiness, ability, mental frame of mind, with the speed of the game and so on. I can go on but there wont be an answer to these questions till Josh Allen plays with #1's in a preseason game. you mention QB's that failed because of being started right away? what about all the good QB's in the league that DID start right away and are great starting QB's in this league at the very least? Foster gave up on a long pass play that would of been a TD, not counting dropped passes and O'Line penalties that were dictated by a weak third string unit. To be honest with you I doubt that coaching staff even fully knows where Allen is at till he plays with starters. lets not pull out our cute little crystal shiny balls and look into the future, lets ENJOY the process and ride with it.

Snow Bowl and its not even close. Some of the Buffalo bills and the fans got into snow ball fights in the sideline and the TD. My thought other then gameplay, why cant every game be this much fun lol

OTA is not about who is on first team or second, its about learning scheme and playbook so don't read anything into who is starting and who isn't in OTA lol Third Bolded Area. in many of those games in 2010 he lacked attempts. he had 19, 11, 20, 19 The Iowa game where the team played from behind all day he had 40 attempts for crap yards because the entire team was out matched Another game 32 attempts for over 300 yards. Rest of games attempts were lower much lower. his average att. was just over 24. Sam Darnold averaged over 34 passes. That's the difference between one and the other. But no one wants to discuss reality either. No one wants to believe that you can go through link after link and have Allen as the best potential QB coming out of the league. No one wants to discuss.. at least on these boards that until the draft, that he was considered top 2 QB talent coming off this draft. so go ahead and continue with your doom and gloom on Josh Allen. bolded Just cause Allen was not your pick doesn't make the pick "questionable"
