  1. So lets get this straight... Josh is less of an anomaly then Lamar Jackson? is that what your saying? Cause Lamar cant and wont throw for 4k+ yards Josh makes up in air what Lamar does on ground and THEN some.... I will Take Josh's season this year over Lamar every day of the week.. including sundays.. I have also said that this is not an MVP conversation yet where Josh stands among MVP's. Your downplaying it too much..
  2. ITs just nuts the work Josh put in.. Last year one of the things we complained about Josh is that he could not anticipate a throw. He had to see it. Now he may be one of the best at anticipating throws. It is just nuts. I watched 3 highlight reels today of full year highlights on each QB Allen, Rodgers and Mahomes. This is what gets me and is not talked about nearly enough... I feel Josh is in the same category as Mahomes and Rodgers when it comes to throwing the ball... But those 2 cant run as good as Josh.. Those 2 don't have Josh's escape abilities that Josh has. When it comes to running abilities its Lamar then Josh with a drop off. Mobile QB's are not supposed to be able to throw this dam well... And that's not talked about enough... Who was the last QB that could put up 4000+ season? Cam couldn't make it to 4k other then his rookie season and it was just over 4k. The next name that comes to mind of who could put up 4k yards+ and run like Josh does is maybe early Vic so I looked up Vic. Vic could not throw past 3300 yards but one time and that year he ran for 589 yards.. In my opinion Josh is the most dangerous duel threat QB this league has ever seen. Its not discussed enough.. not even on these boards lol
  3. agree So name all the things you think they look at in deciding an MVP. If you think baseline stats is something they don't look at then your sadly mistaken. If you think that numbers is part of the equation then what's the other parts?
  4. I agree.. those numbers wont be beat for a while.. lol read up.. I don't want to talk about MVP for this year.. there is enough topics on this.. This is just comparing from prior MVP's and the Direction Allen is going.
  5. 2010 Yes 2014 Yes 2015 Its close lol 2016 Yes 2017 Yes I cant disagree
  6. Just to give you an idea where Josh is compared to the last 9 QB's that got MVP in the last 10 years. 2010. Tom Brady 3900 Yards, 65.9% Completion, 36 TD, 4 INT, 117.2 Rate 2011. Aaron Rodgers 4643 Yards, 68.3% Completion, 45 TD, 6 INT, 122.5 Rate 2013. Peyton Manning 5477 Yards, 68.3% Completion, 55 TD, 10 INT, 115.1 Rate 2014. Aaron Rodgers 4381 Yards, 65.6% Completion, 38 TD, 5 INT, 112.2 Rate 2015. Cam Newton 3837 Yards, 59.8% Completion, 35 TD, 10 INT, 99.4 Rate Rushing 636 yards, 10 TD----------------*45 total TD 2016. Mat Ryan 4944 Yards, 69.9% Completion, 38 TD, 7 INT, 117.1 Rate 2017. Tom Brady 4577 Yards, 66.3% Completion, 32TD, 8 INT 117.2 Rate 2018. Patrick Mahomes 5097 Yards, 66.3% Completion, 50 TD, 12 INT 113.8 Rate Rushing 272 Yards, 2 TD 52 total 2019. Lamar Jackson 3127 yards, 66.1% Completion, 36 TD, 6 INT, 113.3 Rate Rushing 1206 Yards 7TD ************** 4333 total yards 43 total TD 2020 Josh Allen 4320 Yards, 69.1 Completion, 34 TD, 9 INT, 106.4 Rate Rushing 418, 8TD ==================== 4738 total Yards 42 total TD 1 Reception TD = 43 total So more total yards then Lamar last year, about the same TD, little less Rate, more INT. To me... You have apples in what Lamar did last year and orange in what Mahomes did the year before. I also see how close Josh is to cams year in 2015 so bottom line.. Compare and tell me what years Josh is better this year compared to that year? I also feel Josh's Injury affected him this year but this topic is just based on where Josh stands.. not excuses.. not MVP topic. Thoughts.

  8. I think If I were Gase I would sit Darnold the last game just to tick off the front office lol.
  9. key word here though. was lol. I think we understand each other lol.
  10. that's the thing though. This is the NFL stands For Not For Long and its a "what are you doing for me now" business. There's a reason why no one else tried picking him off our practice squad. I get it.. what I am saying sounds harsh to some people... As a fan I wish the best for him in his adventures.. here or else where. As a Fan Rooting for this team? We have 4 Dominant WR better then him and a gadget speed receiver that because what he does might be considered better. I don't want to see him out on the field much cause of the better options we have to throw too.. This doesn't even include our RB's or TE's
  11. Nope But ill do what they have to do on PS for the week compared to what the average joe does in the same time period.. This love for Duke is getting old.. he's MAYBE the 5th best WR on our squad... MAYBE
  12. Craft: Bill what were you thinking that was in by a mile.. Bill: Oh shut up, I was right there Craft: We will be discussing your contract after the season is over Bill: Throws the phone..
  13. totally agree and again.. TY for putting the work behind that
  14. Look.. The team wanted to tell management that Sam is our guy and we stand behind him.. Consider the management so told...
  15. how does he explain this one to his wife lol
  16. Bill you there its Tom? What the heck? Good game Bill! Bill throws the phone lol
  17. Throw Elite out the door for a second... and read this IS buffalo a top 3 Team in this league? My answer is yes... And to me that makes us an elite team. I also get what your saying but come on... lol
  18. Again... I did not wish to make this topic about a dumb commentator.. IT was to discuss his ratings and explain it week by week.. As i said in the beginning.
  19. totally agree.. I was attempting to be bias
  20. Great I will go to your forums and put up the argument that the Phin's Coaching and Gm situation isn't in a strong stable position based on opinion and lets see how far that goes... I would call Miami a Solid team with a struggling QB,, We are better then solid.. lets not mix words here..
