  1. I don't love Rex Ryan or even like him but he's literally 10x the coach his brother is. He was an excellent coordinator and you can't take that away from him. PLENTY of people are better coordinators than HC's.
  2. Johnson doesnt have any kind of finesse.. he's incredibly stiff. Watch a full game of his. White was a one year wonder? Johnston has 600 receiving yards last year. He had 6 TDs in both years. In a spread offense in a conference that plays ZERO defense. He's far from a stud.
  3. Quinten Johnson is going to be over drafted. He's incredibly stiff, does nothing great and doesn't have good ball skills. If you want a WR#1, you stay as far away from him as possible. He is Kevin White 2.0
  4. I meant he will be those two in terms of pedigree, not type of players. Exactly. Johnson does nothing spectacular. When you watch him play, there wasn't one time I was like "WOW, he's good." Cool, he took a drag 80 yards to the crib against Michigan..... it was a drag route.
  5. Ew, he's stiff, a system guy and will be like a Jaelen Raeger / Kevin White type in the NFL. Will be WAYYYYY over drafted.
  6. "But McDermott stepped up, man, he did. He got in front of the team, and he said we’re not playing, period. He said no matter what the outcome is, we’re not playing. And that might not sound like a lot, but it’s a lot. Because right then, that’s permission to be a person. Not a player — a person. Trust me there’s a difference." I love this team and our leaders.
  7. 11.) Playoff Gabe returns.
  8. He's regressed? Do you watch football?
  9. Dalton Kincaid is going to be special. Every time I watched Utah, your eyes are just drawn to how good he is. He also blocks like a tackle. he's my favorite player in the draft this year.
  10. Joey Bosa gets hurt waking up in the morning.
  11. Potentially, his teams have always been decimated by injuries and they win.. so kudos to him. I think him getting canned is going to be more about Payton and less about him.
  12. He was unnnnnnnnnnnbearable .. His voice inflection after every word was atrocious. He doesn't say things as dumb as Witten did but he's not far off... Rousseau made a tackle. a great play ... Sanchez says "Yeah.. Rousseau playing a big part in that play" Wowwww Mark, did you think of that all by yourself?
  13. If not... VERY VERY suspect timing.... They had a whole week to cut him on their bye
  14. For those unfamiliar with how forums work, let me explain: When you quote someone and you use similar wording to their post, it is a direct reply to them. I'm sure that doesn't do it for you, but at least I tried.
  15. No, you definitely weren't, go look at your reply.
  16. Stop it, you can't think rationally here. The fans think he is just all healed and ready to go!! Let alone the fact that corners and RBs have the lowest chance of returning to form after a tear in their ACL.
  17. What? He's a human being. He tore his ACL and plays a position that requires a lot of lateral movement. If he and the coaches feel a few more weeks will benefit him, who cares? Do you want to rush him back and have him tear it again? Is that you, sports fan sitting at home on a computer criticizing and injured player for wanting to protect his longevity for the sake of your favorite sports team winning? Sure, send me a link.
  18. You sound like someone who has torn their ACL while playing a position in the NFL that requires a lot of lateral movement. How did your recovery go?
  19. This is a thread where this guy made it to say in the .001% chance he's right .... " I knew it would happen " They are 4 games ahead of the next closest team. They'd have to essentially lose out and the Lions/ Packers would have to win out.. You think that is going to happen?
  20. Did you watch the game last night? Like at all? Chiefs had 4 catches by WR's my guy. So tell me, beyond Kelce, who does he have? Or do you just see a game, have a thought come to your mind and make an ignorant post?
  21. I think as the offense evolves, Knox will be targeted more... he has to be. He's also still going through a tragic life event that can affect people for a long time.
  22. The Giants are taking the same approach the Bills did in year 1 and 2 with Allen. Get players that know your scheme enough to compete and win... while building your culture. Rely on a strong defense while leveraging what you can on offense until you can bring in your guys (and getting rid of dead caps, etc)
  23. Last year, yes. That was a major issue with Daboll. That issue is non-existent this year.
  24. This post is so confusing. He’s talking about cover two working. You upped it with o-line play (which I agree with) but you used a team that is 1-3.
  25. I've been telling people this for YEARS: Russ was carried by a dominate D and a dominate running game for the entirety of his career. He was never asked to be 'the man.' Now he is, and his true skill set is showing. When teams know he has to pass, he is average at best. It also doesn't help that his head coach is soooo far in over his head, it's hilarious.
