  1. Everything you've brought up has been talked about all offseason and you're not wrong. I remember you were beating the drum over our WR situation, and it turns out that you had the foresight to see how this story ends. The team is just historically broken this year........everyone is accountable at this point.
  2. When i lived in Ontario, we seriously had dentists on just about every street corner, so if you had an emergency, you just called around until you could get in......and if you told them it was an emergency, they took you immediately. Since i moved to northern Quebec about 3 years ago, this is the first time i had to see a dentist and the experience was a friggin nightmare. True, we don't have nearly the amount of dentists up this way and i'm starting to see why people are walking around up here with only 3 teeth in their mouth, but when they see a guy walk in with a broken tooth, they know from experience that the guy is in some pain. * call to make an appointment * go in the first time for them to have a look * come back a week later for x-rays and an assessment * go back even one week later for a partial root canal * i have to go back in another week to finish the root canal I have seriously never seen, nor heard anything like this. They knew i was in obvious pain, they did nothing and just kept telling me to come back another day and time. In what universe does this make sense?
  3. Very profound and insightful, as always.......you bring a lot to the table, i can see that.
  4. There doesn't seem to be a clear frontrunner in the AFC presently, maybe the Ravens and KC, but the rest of it is wide open. THIS is the year we should be taking a serious run at the SB and unfortunately, we are imploding.
  5. Sorry, i don't want to "just make the playoffs" every season or "just win the AFCEast" every season......i think we are all looking for a SB at this point.
  6. It seems we keep making the same idiotic mistakes and game mismanagement every week, every season, etc. That, is on coaching.
  7. So, you're saying that Brady who was let go from Carolina because he couldn't hide behind inept mediocre talent was our best option going forward because of McD's ego?.......i could see that.
  8. Well, as long as our HC and FO keep making excuses.......oh, the Ravens are a bad matchup for us, Houston is a bad match up for us, the Jets D is a bad match up for us, blah, blah, frigging blah.... wash, rinse, repeat
  9. My question was rhetorical BTW, but you are correct, sir.
  10. We're going to have to hear another week of, "we need to play better in all 3 phases, we need to have better situational awareness, it's hard to win in this league, we will learn from this, blah, blah, blah". The guy has been saying it for 7 years and keeps making the worst possible mistakes at the worst possible times.....he just doesn't learn. Sorry, not sorry.
  11. To be honest, some of JA"s throws were terrible to boot.
  12. Did we seem to forget the basic rule of football this past week?.......if something is working, you keep running that play and force Houston to stop us. The Ravens ran all over us and dared us to stop them. The run game was, for the most part gaining us yards and the passing game was dead in the water. That was the perfect scenario to keep running the ball through motions and play action. I can't even think of a better example of using the run to set up the pass. This is basic football 101...........sorry, not sorry.
  13. Brady was a god at LSU the year they won the CFP.......he had Burrow and 3 WR's go in that draft. That team had talent to spare, they had the talent to innovate some crucial play designs and WR's who could actually track the balls, make a play and wicked YAC. What happened to LSU when all that talent left for the draft and Brady went to Carolina?........well, LSU was left in shambles with zero talent left and piss poor recruiting and Brady didn't last long in Carolina when he didn't have the talent to protect him or his job. So, when the Bills heard inadequate, they said, "this is our man". Why we keep floundering with our OC's and not bring in a competent person is beyond me. And if it's McD who has the final say on who our OC's are, then how can you ever take him seriously when we have all seen his terrible decision-making skills. The whole team has been exposed this season from the FO on down.
  14. That's what i'm saying......they are both being wasted.
  15. I like the idea of having 2 quality TE sets, however, if our OC doesn't know how to use them, then they are both wasted. I can picture the plays we should be running with them and i see very little play design for even one of them, let alone two.
  16. Here's a little excerpt why Brady was released from Carolina......once teams figured him out, he didn't adjust and rode the one trick pony all the way to the unemployment line.
  17. I don't know, man......what i once thought was easy, maybe ain't so much so any more.
  18. Even in Chicago as the starting QB, they cringed every time he'd throw.
  19. What's the difference between a 1st round exit and a 2nd round exit?.......no, really? If you can't get over the hump and take that next step into the SB, you're just prolonging the inevitable pain.
  20. And i will wholeheartedly agree with you. I, like everyone else expected a run play and i was happy to see it happen......i wasn't happy for a zero net gain, but at least we didn't turn the ball over.
  21. The only thing that makes sense to me is if McDoormat believes that every kicker in the league is just as bad as Bass and hoped that a FG try would get shanked (you know, something Bass would have done). Other than that.....i got nothing. understood.....over and out.
  22. But, our running game was working alllllllllll game long, the passing game was not, so......
  23. I didn't see a Pegs option, so i'm throwing his name in the ring for the hell of it.
  24. You have to run it 3 straight times, keep the clock ticking and force Houston to use TO's.......you never know, we might have gained some yards. We certainly weren't going to have any open WR's in the last 30 seconds when they weren't open all game long. Houston was probably just loving us for trying to throw it......i would have loved to be on the Texans sideline listening to that conversation. They were probably as baffled as the rest of us. McDoormat, strikes again.
  25. Rage posting?!?......**** you talking about. Move along, nothing to see here.
