Now, we're going to see some "all day" Ray in action. I hope he gets lots of carries cause he's the type of back that needs the rhythm to get going.

It's funny you bring this up cause I was just watching some 22 formation schemes and the guy hosting the show was saying it's the perfect formation to loosen up a front D and start setting the path for some play action. The O has to be committed and patient to the 22 and not shy away when only gaining minimal yardage and eventually the D will be left open for some passing gains. Sure, why not?

I really wish Brady knew how to utilize the 12 personnel and get both TE's involved more.

Jesus..... I was on a flight from Japan to Vancouver about 10 years ago and mid-flight, we had an electrical fire on board (you could smell burning electronics all throughout the plane).The pilots had to reroute all power from everything on the plane to the cockpit (flight deck) which seemed to ease the tensions for a bit, until the pilots made the announcement that they may have to re-route the plane or make an emergency landing (we are all sitting in total darkness, by the way)......we are halfway between our destination and completely smack dab over the Pacific, so where are we going to re-route to? That's exactly what you want to hear as you're over the Pacific that they may have to make an emergency landing. Chaos ensued......like, i'm talking some real "Lord of the Flies" type stuff. It was wild, man. Long story short, we finally arrived in Vancouver, no problem. The pilot tells everyone to stay on the plane for safety until everything gets checked out. Four and a half hours later a flight representative comes on board and tells everyone that we can leave and, "oh, no refunds and thanks for flying Air Canada". Wait?.....what? I wasn't expecting a full refund, but some sort of compensation would have been nice. Screw you, Air Canada.......never again.

I'm really hoping Brady and our O can figure things out sooner rather than later........the AFC in general this year is a bit of a mess, and this is the year to take advantage of it. If our O was firing on all cylinders, i could really envision that this would be the year to go to the SB (i know i say it every year) but no AFC team scares me this year......none.

The Pats are a mess and deserve everything they get......they ruined many a Bills team and career for a long time. I have no sympathy for them. Let them chew on the bottom feeder gruel for a while.

My original dentist in KW, Ontario was an older guy who handed down the business to his kids. For the longest time when the old fella had it, it was a very small practice, but as soon as the old man passed away and the kids took over, they knocked the old building down and expanded the business to a mega empire where it actually became more of a business type thing......when the old man had it, it was more of a family type ordeal. Then my business took me away from the area and i ended up working all over the world, so imagine the nightmare when you have dental issues, and you are working in another country where no one knows you, you don't know anyone, you don't even know if you have any insurance, and you have to try to find someone to do some work on your mouth and everyone just basically sends you to the local hospital where they won't go anywhere near the problem because it's a dentist issue.........UGH.

I personally would like to see JA sit in a comfortable pocket and just keep lobbing long bombs downfield to open the Jets game......like, i'm talking one bomb after the next to Coleman, give him some 50-50 balls and set the tone of a game for a change. If JA lobs a few INT's, deal with it and move on.......every long throw won't be an interception, but it dictates to the Jets and every other team that we are not afraid to lob a few up and let the big rook make a play. Absurd theory, of course, but the O hasn't been working lately (we all know why) and this is how i would start to change it up.......make teams afraid of our playcalling.

So, what was his 40 time?

There's no problem, however, if our O keeps playing the way they are and Brady can't figure out schemes to create plays, then it may be a long season......and i'm okay with that.

What i mean is that until Brady figures out how to use our inept WR's, it may be a long, logggggggg season with a lot of heartache and pain. D's have figured us out and it's not hard to prepare schemes to shut us down, so if we figure it out and make a solid run to the SB, i'm okay with that, but if we falter somewhere along the way, i'm okay with that too for this season........i've made my peace with however this season turns out, good or bad.

If this idea actually works, like this is going to open up so many work ideas for my job.......i could really use an end of day coordinator to stay on top of things when i'm ready for my late afternoon nap in my cubicle. At first, i thought the notion was a farce, but it actually sounds brilliant......mind you, i've got a sore tooth and about four Tylenol 3's deep, so just about everything sounds pretty good right now, however.....

I wouldn't even hire Saleh to work the fry-o-lator in the concession stands.

I have no issue with this and if JA has to sit out a game or two, i'm okay with that too......look at the long term. If we are spinning our wheels this year and not really going anywhere as a rebuild/reload, then preserve JA as much as you can and get ready for next season. I've made my peace with this season and perhaps some of you should too.

I still like how Rodgers came in as the NYJ saviour........ran onto the field against our Bills waving a flag, 4 plays later, out for the season. Like, come on man

It's actually WR's are on the decline from the priority they used to be. In the 90's and early 2000's, WR's were one of the most integral part of a roster, with QB's taking advantage of D schemes and hurling long bombs. Things started to flip mid 2000's when teams started to covet CB/DB's more and cover the entire down field with high safety looks and passing became more over the middle and TE's being coveted to take advantage of the coverage. The "day of the WR" will surely come back, as everything travels full circle in the NFL, but i would say right now, WR's are important, but not nearly as important as they used to be......(and as i am writing this phrase, i think of our roster with terrible WR's and cringe).
