  1. Every time i hear or see the word "input" i think of porn...........sorry, not sorry.
  2. If JA doesn't get an MVP or never hoists the Lombardi, we can all agree that he will at least be a first ballot Hall of Famer anyways, he is currently the most electric player in the NFL and is a player that everyone tunes in to watch every week and, in my eyes, that puts him miles above any player in the league right now. I don't think Mahomo generates the buzz of excitement every week that JA does IMO
  3. I'm not so sure about this one.....the Ravens are going to play tough, trying to catch up in their division and i think LJ might break a couple of solid runs on us. I just hope our "bend, but don't break D" doesn't **** the bed.
  4. Basically, all he has shown is that he can hybrid college schemes with the NFL.......Carolina got rid of him for a reason. I'm okay if we have him for a couple more years while he proves himself to the rest of the league......i just don't believe that NFL teams are sold on him right now until he has proved his worth, which he hasn't really done so far. Don't get me wrong, the guy is exactly what we need for this team right now, but how will his O schemes play out when teams have caught on.......don't think it could happen? Miami was rolling along pretty good a couple of years ago until the rest of the league figured them out and the Fins O was new, it was fresh, it was innovative, but teams figured it out and set the template on how to stop them.......some successfully, some not. IMO
  5. Well, he did sound genuine in asking for more money.
  6. I immediately thought the same thing, but Favre seems fairly genuine in the congressional hearing.
  7. Everyone's been complaining over the past couple of years that there's not enough motion and play action.......last night there was so much going on that even i didn't know what play we were calling. Beautiful stuff, man.
  8. .........and the fact that Shakir actually makes a play for some YAC (and succeeds).
  9. It wasn't a "call out"
  10. .......not aging well.
  11. I loved seeing Fabio's face all night long........look of despair, deer in the headlights, desperation, bewilderment, shock and awe. I might have seen a tear or two a few times, but when Von made that shoestring tackle for the sack, Fabio had resounded himself for someone to just stop the hurt.
  12. I've had a toothache for the past 4 days.......went to the dentist after work today and got it pulled, but i'm not getting a tooth pulled before every Bills game. I mean, i'm a superstitious guy, but i'm not ready to start gumming my food. When it comes to dentistry, maybe Teef can weigh in on this?
  13. Ravens and Texans for sure, shut down the run and make Stroud and LJ throw the ball.....and for the Jets, rush the "statue" and pressure him all day long, get him uncomfortable in the pocket......sweep the leg (Achilles).
  14. This was a number of years ago and it was as far as i am aware, right downtown at the convention center (i'd never be able to point it out on a map nowadays) and i think i stayed at the Hyatt......I know the hotel was right across the street from the convention center. I ate dinner at the hotel (it could have been Mortons at the time) and decided to go for a walk downtown scouting for bars. I saw a lot of shops, a lot of boarded up shops and no bars. There was a coffee place that was open until 8pm, then they shut down and the whole place looked like something out of "I Am Legend". I didn't even see a cab so i could get the guy to take me to a hot spot.......nothing. I ended up back at the hotel, just hanging out. It was boring as hell. This was before cell phones and the internet, so it's not like i could just look something up and go where the action was. I couldn't even ask anybody on the street where to go cause i didn't see anyone. I remember asking the concierge at the hotel about anywhere in town to hang out and she said, "trust me, you're better off hanging out at the hotel".......and it was a long, boring weekend.
  15. I was in Rochester for a weekend long convention a number of years back........after 8pm, i didn't see one soul walking outside at all. Like, i'm talking no one. I didn't see any cars driving, no one walking down the streets, no hobos or bums, no street ladies, nothing. It was all hustle and bustle during the day, but when it started to get a little dark out, it's like everyone ran for cover. I mean, i walked around at night and didn't feel like anything was dangerous or ever seemed out of place, just that the place turned into a ghost town. Is it really that dead downtown Rochester at night or is there crime which drives everyone away?
  16. Parts of the game that i watched yesterday, Watson looked like an ole noodle arm, trying to heave a 12 pound salami downfield......he had a few flashes where he kind of looked adequate, but for the most part i saw absolute futile failure.
  17. I was never a Worthy supporter......he reminds me of a Hardman or Harvin type.
  18. I commend your tenacity for a healthy lifestyle........it all seems a little too much work for me though. * i eat garbage * i exercise never * i hike/jog to the store for a pack of smokes It's not for everyone, but it works for me.
  19. Right now, Miami isn't scaring anyone.......take away the run game and they got nothing.
  20. I honestly don't know how the Browns keep getting themselves in these messes.......you would think at least one person in their FO would recognize that the ship is sinking year in and year out with no land in sight. Just when you think the Browns have made the stupidest decision in franchise history, 10 minutes later, it's like, "hold my beer.......you thought that was stupid, wait till you see this one". It's almost like a contest in their FO to see who can **** it up the most every season and the sad thing, it's always been this way with Cleveland. Aye Carumba.
  21. I agree......i can only handle it when i'm 12 beers deep.
  22. Dude, don't put the cat down if it's in good health. You got the cat in the first place, you knew the baggage that came with it and maybe the longevity of life. Putting an animal down because you've had enough of it or you don't want to deal with it, is an open excuse for anyone in a marriage. Give the poor thing some dignity and let it die of its own volition......or hammer it over the head with a shovel (the shovel is the best tool cause you can use it to dig the hole, hammer the cat over the melon and then use it to scoop it up and dump it in the hole).........but hey, what do i know?
