AFCEast is going to be a dog fight this year and i'm okay with that........competition is healthy and creates a competitive spirit and that's something that's been missing in our division the past 5 years. I don't even care if we're a WC this post season.......just get into the playoffs and let the chips fall where they may. Us Bills fans act like teams have the audacity to compete with us and this, "how dare you" attitude, when in reality, teams aren't going to sit idly by and just let us do whatever we want. Teams adapt and progress and if our FO doesn't have the same attitude and mindset, then we deserve whatever is coming our way.........right now, it's Indy, Denver, NE, etc.

I still say that JA is missing the fire in his eyes........maybe married life has something to do with it and maybe he's truly mind-stewing on Hailee's comments that, "he's more than just a football player", but something is missing.

Let's put this into perspective........if Cook wasn't chewing up ground yardage and basically winning games outright by himself, do we have the WR capacity to win games through the air? If teams took away Cook and forced us to beat them with our passing game, could we do it with our active roster?!? We all know it's a huge NO........why does our FO not see this? It's only a matter of time before teams take Cook out of the equation and force us to play the passing game and i'm not confident that we can do it with who we have on the roster presently.

The word is out........we can't stop the run, our D is soft, can't get pressure on the QB, WR's hunker down in the soft spots, etc. Our D is getting progressively worse from year to year, but hey, better keep our HC Defensive guru around to fix it and we better keep wasting our resources in draft picks and cast-offs. It's been 9 years and counting, like what in the good name of **** is he waiting for?!? 13 seconds should have been the end of it..........that's all i have to say about that

Well, you can't expect our FO to always be able to judge talent appropriately or "hit" on every pick.........they're the smartest ones in the room, don't you know?!? ........disgusting

It all starts with getting pressure on the QB and if you can't do that (which we can't), then he's got all day to let his WR's find the soft spot and pick us apart. And for Christ's sakes, can we get out of the Nickle once in a while?!?..........no sense in hiding any D schemes, when the opponents already know you're going Nickle........oh, like they haven't seen the game tape from every game, from every season and it's still a mystery what system we're playing. Like, come on, man.

Terry has shown with the Sabres, that once he finds a deadbeat scrub of a HC, he rides that poor mule into submission, so judging from past experience, McD ain't going anywhere, Lombardi or not
