I will agree Jackson was on Bills in 2014 with Brown. But Lynch was in Seattle starting his 4th full season. So not sure the quote was correct. As a footnote, all 3 were on 2015 Seahawks roster as Fred and Brown were cut in Bills camp by Rex

Good points D&D! See https://www.pff.com/news/week-5-man-and-zone-rates-week-6-predictions We played man 22% of time vs the Steelers and 23% vs Ravens. Against Rams and Dolphins, with scarier WR corps, we played man <10% of time. The attached says Chiefs face man D almost half the time. Can't see Bills doing this as the Bills only play man 14% of time on average.

I would skip adding Singletary and just trade the pick and have him as a rental for rest of year, no interest in long term with CMC. I think signing OBJ at a team friendly, balance of 2022 contract is the way to go. No picks needed and no $$ next year either. SB baby!

Hot take: Shakir should be the starting slot receiver going forward
freddyjj replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
We will be the ultimate judges of this as a hot take or not 😊 I agree and see one thing that makes him stand out - 50 of his 98 yds gained have been after the catch. Two things he needs to work on - his hands and his run blocking -
who da hell is dat feller? 😎

I see #10 and see Robert Woods. Shakir is a similar player size, speed and skill set. If he can block llke Woods would be a bonus.

Singletary was close to fumbling with seconds remaining

Funny cuz the DBs were screaming at tackler for not letting him score. So what story they going with now? My wife would say you are on the spectrum. -
Fact Check: The Bills lost another starting CB in offseason in Levi Wallace and at draft time that was the only open starting position if Tre was coming back in 2022. Beane was drafting a CB even if Tre was healthy. One needs to have a pipeline of key position players on cost controlled contracts.

Tre's OJT during Day 1 at move to Safety

Though it has appeared in several other threads already it warrants front page PR IMHO. #93 Bryant stops 3 dudes and plants the 300 lb FB at end of play. And Edmunds stones the TE in motion. And Jones, Emili and Settle create a body pile on the leftside. Milano is a heat seeking missile when kept clean!
-
I disagree, Reasons why: Tre is a top 10 CB in the league in the prime of his career and is only 27. Woodson moved to S only when he went to Ravens at age 34. Tre only weighs 180 lbs. And as you noted, is not a sure tackler. Not ideal traits for a S in Bills D. Tre has never played S in our system. Several of the young guys, Lewis, Neal, Benford have seen reps there. Hamlin has looked good to date and possesses ideal size, tackling and coverage ability. Benford may be the guy to move given size (6', 205 lbs), tackling ability and demonstrated ability to learn the system. Personally I am good with Poyer and Hamlin at S and and encouraged by the surplus at CB we will have once Tre get back. Tre and one of Jackson, Elam or Benford at outside CB. With Taron Johnson and Cam Lewis to play slot.

GTFOH! I am a Pitt Panther football fan and can attest to the fact that Kenny is not a running threat. 416 carries for 809 yds is less than 2YPC. He did have 20 Rushing TDs in 34 games at Pitt. He is a threat to run in goal line situations like last week
