Gabe’s time on the field has been limited because this coaching staff is so high on veteran experience over young unproven players. Look at our Dline, took Ed and Harrison 3 and 4 years to develop because of limited reps. Aj, Boogie and Groot probably headed down the same path… Gabe is a way better route runner then Metcalf and has way better hands. Sanders and Brown never outplayed Gabe at #2, this coaching staff just got a hardon for the vets. Metcalf is a physical freak, and should be much more then 65 yard a game guy. Jmo. I don’t think he’ll reach full potential and probably fade in a few more years.

That Gabe fella we got is pretty solid. Probably end up having a better career then Metcalf
-
Should of had Ice Cube instead of that young fella.

Sean McVay considering stepping away from coaching?

After he wins the Super Bowl and his team his ***** for the next decade with cap problems and no draft picks. -
Isaiah McKenzie aka, Lil Dirty, sounds like he’s moving on

All kinds of late round WR picks go on to have decent careers in the NFL, not just Stevie Johnson. You normally see these guys turn up more on a team with solid QB play, something Bills haven’t had in many years but have now. -

If rumours are true and McKenzie is pissed off because he was benched after fumbling, Pats probably ain’t the spot for him -
The haters are just pouring gasoline on the fire.

So you are basing everything on his return game. 😂 Coming out of college his vision with the ball in his hand was one of his strengths. We’ll see I guess. I’m not saying he’s the answer but I always thought that’s what they would be hoping for him. Just think it’s funny people giving up on a WR because of a shaky rookie season returning punts. -

I thought Stevenson would be the replacement for Beasley at some point. People are shitting on him about the return game but we know nothing about him as a WR at this point. Which is no surprise after injury and having McKenzie with more experience in that roll at this point. McD loves experience. I like McKenzie and think we’d be fine if we let Beasley go to free cap space. If anybody doesn’t think he can do it go back and watch the Pats game 2021 and Dolphins game 2022. Kid makes plays. He’s be learning under Beas for 3 years now, he’s ready. -
CB…. Can’t waste another pick on a DL and hope he makes the transition before Ed and Harry have. Gotta look for a pass rusher in FA.

Actually his resume is probably similar, to Brian Flores when he was hired by the Miami. Maybe better. What background do ya want? Not every coach needs to have nfl playing experience. Looks like he knew what he wanted to do the minute he left college and went out and pursued it.
-
Good for him. Reports are he interviewed really well. Seems no one really cares about that aspect of the hiring process these days, it’s the most important part though.

Brian Flores suing NFL, NY Giants, Dolphins, Broncos.

From the texts it seems he was ok with getting the job without being interviewed. 😂 That was before the Bill realized he ***** up. -

Todd Bowles was the Jets coach for 3 years, he wasn’t that successful so it’s gonna take time before he gets another shot. Eric Bienemy had close to a half dozen interviews last season, maybe he doesn’t handle an interview well, we don’t know. Neither do the the talking heads on most sports channels. What’s going on with McCown blows my mind but the Texans have done a lot of crazy things the past few years. Maybe they should invite more to the combine. Jk

So has the defensive line "rotation" thing been exposed as nonsense?
BananaB replied to Jim's topic in The Stadium Wall
It keeps our average players fresh. That’s the idea isn’t it? Ed and Harry are finally looking starting to look the part so there is a possibility it’s slowing down the progression of our young players. -
Wasn’t stupid at all. If everyone knew what Mahomes would become he would of gone #1, he didn’t for a reason. He’s a great player but he also was blessed having a team like KC making the jump to get him. They were a team ready to play for Championships but needed figure out the QB position to do so. Same can be said for Allen, if teams knew what he’d become he’d would of went first as well. Bills made the leap for Allen but were the total opposite, they were figuring out how to win and do it consistently. The whole offense was gutted the year he arrived. I think it’s too hard to judge at this point. Last year I would of said Mahomes but now I’m not sold on that. Only time will tell. Let’s hope it’s Josh

Nice to see Mahommes be the root of their problems in that loss.

I had more issues with the holding call on Tyreek in the second quarter that turned a fg into a td…. Terrible call but other then that the game was called extremely well. I think that’s why I have issues with it.

😂 😂 My bad

Seems to me the coaching staff are making some bad personnel decisions. I just don’t get it it’s like they gotta backed in a corner to figure some ***** out. The changes on the oline were constant for most of the year and Bates was an afterthought until forced into a roll. In the end he seemed to be the missing link. Run game is dependent on the oline but they also mismanaged the group for the amount of runs we call. Singletary stepped up only when they eliminated the RB by committee and that was going on for almost 2 seasons. That’s all anyone talked about was how we struggled to run the ball. Sanders over Gabe, I think this was more McD liking the veteran experience better then who is actually the better player. I thought Gabe would have a breakout year and maybe he still did down the stretch but it wasn’t until Sanders got hurt that he got more snaps and proved he was a better fit for our O. Not sure what Sanders did in a Bills uni that Gabe didn’t already prove he could do last season. I think McKenzie and Beas situation was different because Beas has proven and done a lot for this team. The D line, every week it was kind of guess who was gonna be in the lineup. The amount they rotate it’s hard to make judgement there. I know this, at times we struggle to get to the QB and at times we struggle to stop the run. My biggest question here is if the rotation is slowing down the development of the young players we invested high draft picks on? I ask this because Ed has finally starting to turn corner. Would it have happened earlier if he was on the field more over the first few years? Now we have Epanesa, Bashem and Rousseau who are high round guys who at times may have shown flashes but nothing consistent. Are we gonna be waiting for them edging the end of their rookie contracts before they put it all together, if so it’s never gonna work out for us. Harry is another guy that has finally looked like he’s starting to turn the corner. I guess in the end it will keep their second contracts lower. Lol

He sure looked the part once we got rid of that RB by committee bull####.

Since early this season I always felt next year was gonna be the season

After listening to this there is no way he’s coming back. He might say he wants to at the end but they ain’t gonna be calling him after this.

The same guy who was begging for Beane to sign him last year is leaving because he was benched after he fumbled. In my opinion that better then being traded like the Broncos did to him. And if he’s upset because he was benched for a fumble I doubt he’s headed to New England. If Beane called his agent and said listen we’re dropping Beas and we want Lil Dirty to fill his roll, he’d sign in an instant. If we’re keeping Beas though I understand him wanted to look around.
