  1. When Davis is a multiple threat like Deebo I’ll turn my head. Do Julio Jones and Adams have it for last season, or career? Nice try though. Julio has also been on his last leg for a couple years now. When Gabe faces double coverage like those two have during their career you let me know how it goes. And I don’t give two ***** about Courtland Sutton or Moore. I also noticed Adams had his first two years in his mid 50s then improved while Davis had his first two year in mid 50s then decreased. So what are you going on about? Give me some good examples.
  2. You don’t think consistent WRs are more productive, long term I bet you’re wrong. If you’re not consistent and can’t be counted on you’re not gonna last long, why do you think Gabe is such a hot topic this off-season. Gabe got good yards and TDs but from game to game he’s below average. One blowout game he surpassed his average yards by 3x. How often does that happen? Once a year if he’s lucky. Does that make the other games less significant because he put up nice numbers in a blowout? His inconsistencies stalled drives, missed points and led to some turnovers. The overall numbers don’t mean ***** if you can’t be average on a game to game basis, and he wasn’t. Gabe was lucky the Bills had absolutely no other options last year to put in his spot. He was 186th in catch percentage, that’s just ***** terrible.
  3. So Gabe is consistently under 50 while Higgins is over. Sounds right, Gabes as inconsistent as you can get.
  4. I had high hopes for both, thought they both had proven they could make the jump. I was wrong and I noticed that early in the season.
  5. Gabe has had more opportunities than most at this point in his career. Bills put a lot of faith in him and he was a disappointment. 55% catch rate just ain’t good enough for your #2 WR. This was his year to take a big step forward and he didn’t get it done. Heading into year 4 he kind of is who he is at this point, you can’t expect him to get much better.
  6. Early in a rebuild our young players got a lot of playing time, recently not so much. Which sucks because the guys playing ahead of them haven’t been good enough to keep some of them on the bench. And Gabe never got all kinds of playing time because he was so good, it was because John Brown missed half the season. The next year we brought in old man Sanders to replace Brown and Gabe had to sit behind him. To be honest, I thought Gabe deserved more time that year but McD loves his vets so Sanders maintained that roll until he got injured.
  7. As a fan I’d rather see Shakir struggle than McKenzie, same can be said about Elam and Dane Jackson. If all players are struggling isn’t it best to go with the younger, superior talent? Late in the season they have the better chance of improving to help us down the stretch. It’s funny how so many people keep saying we can fill these holes with our draft picks, but if it take 3 or 4 years for them to contribute you ain’t filling anything. Look at our dline, how many picks has McD wasted there only to keep bringing in vets every year because it ain’t strong enough.
  8. Watch it again then. Elam had a great first start against Miami and he had a big impact on Hill and Waddle in his man to man coverage.
  9. Go back and watch the first Miami game and tell me Kaiir did when put to that challenge. McD also liked what Nate Peterman showed in practice, so I’m sorry if I don’t fully trust judging a player by earning it in practice. The guys that have stepped in and showed potential on Sunday have usually taken a back seat to veterans when they returned from injury. And the CB rotation at the end of last season was total bull#### and proof MCD loves his vets.
  10. Davis had a bad year and proved we can’t go into next season with him as our #2. Do you have faith in this staff drafting a player that can contribute right away, I sure the ***** don’t. We gotta bring in vets because our draft picks ain’t getting the job done. I think thats a big problem, our young players just don’t contribute and their development is way too long. I think a lot of that has a lot to do with McD and him being so fearful of mistakes. Some players have shown promise but McD sticks with the vet even when they are underperforming.
  11. Did that ***** plane land yet
  12. ***** this ***** is about to ruin my weekend
  13. If Beane don’t get it done and the Chiefs get Hopkins we might as well start preparing for a couple years down the road to make another push.
  14. Bills struggle to develop every position because McD doesn’t like putting young players on the field
  15. Harty and Sherfield have proved nothing and Gabe Davis has no value to move up in first round.
  16. I don’t think there is a chance in hell Beane is going into next season without a proven WR opposite Diggs, and Gabe Davis is not that guy.
  17. I expect him to run better on short yardage situations. I think that’s what he’s here for. If it’s an improvement there is a good chance he saves Josh from taking some extra hits.
  18. Definitely old but no one has ever called me fat before. Gabe dropped balls because he has poor hands and concentration, nothing to do with his ankle. Maybe he has a bad left eye like I do, that really ***** up my depth perception. People gotta stop making excuses for this guy, you either get the job done or you don’t. I have also been pretty slow my whole life but am pretty fast for my age now. Haven’t really lost much of a step
  19. That really does seem like what’s about to happen. I think Harris might be are best addition so far though.
  20. Because we struggle to get tough yards when we only need a couple. It’s been a big problem for a few years.
  21. Nice pickup
  22. He’s been 3 WR rooms in 3 years and you think Miamis WRs were holding him back? I think it’s more like opening a few opportunities for him.
  23. If this was last March and Beane signed HarTy and let McKenzie slip away this board would have been in an uproar. ***** easy to say he’s better now that McKenzie ***** up his shot, but there is no proof this guys shot will turn out better.
