NY Giants @ Buffalo Bills - SNF 1st half game thread

Watching all these short plays go for nothing is hilarious. It’s like theBills are the only team that can’t get quality yards that way -

Run the ***** ball -
Basically the team has improved as Josh has improved and they keep asking him to do more

I’m not saying the younger guy is the solution, I’m saying his potential to help this tram get better so we should put him on the field so he can reach that potential faster. If he doesn’t get it you can go back to Kline, he isn’t going anywhere.
-
Team is just standing still with McD. There is just to much carryover every year and we ain’t improving. We’re getting old and the young guys aren’t developing at a fast enough pace.
-
If we rely on AJ Kline during regular season over developing our young talent they will not accomplish their goals in thr playoffs. It’s that simple.
-
Winning don’t matter if you lose in the playoffs. We know we’re gonna win games, especially with a few weak teams coming up. You want to improve as the season goes on and be your best in the playoffs. You think Klein is gonna be our best option when we face teams like KC, SF and Philly? Lmao! It’s an option but it’s gonna be frustrating to watch

Williams has more potential and if you give him time he might get better to help us later in the season. Klein is who he is and probably worse now then what he was.
-
McD obsession with aging former players is hilarious.

Bills just need to go with their bruisers. Give it to the big boys and let them run downhill, any positive yards help. Cook is too soft. He’s valuable but not when your trying to establish the run against a solid DL

NFL Trade Deadline Oct 31 - Rumored List of Players Available
BananaB replied to ngbills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I got no problem with the draft picks going to D as long as they ain’t on the 3 or 4 year development plan to get them to their best ability like all the rest of our draft picks. Surtan is an already proven player though. McDs development of players is a big negative to this team. Something is not working in practice. We draft all these young players on D, then go out and sign vets at the same position. -

Does it matter? Bills make a trade and the guy will sit on the bench for 3 months learning the playbook. -
Definitely something up. Elams confidence probably shot at this point. He’s got no trade value. Coaches have zero confidence in him so his chance here to succeed will probably never happen.
-
But he played better last year so to say he can’t after one game this season is crazy. Kid had a hard task and coaching really didn’t help. I myself think McD don’t like him and is trying to make a point to bring in one of his guys. Why not Dane on Ridley? Why not switch during the game when Lawrence and Ridley started picking on him and you could see him struggle…. To be honest Dane was picked on until Zay went down, so if he was lined up against Ridley like that he’d probably be toast too.

McD got rid of Darby immediately when he got here.

[Question] Former Bills who have found success in McD Era?
BananaB replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have no problem seeing guys go and succeed on other teams, good for them. Its frustrating when it’s turns out to be a position of need for us though -
Kincaid in concussion protocol, Knox has a wrist injury

Sure Morris can help Spencer Brown block. -
This is a McD move not Beane. I guarantee it

Kaiir Elam is a liability any time he is on the field
BananaB replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
No one can. I’ve mentioned it already. -
It took them 4 years to turn him into a player, kind of waste to trade him now. Floyd and Von ain’t getting younger
-
McD don’t believe in Father Time
-
McD put him out there with Ridley by himself while protecting his boy Dane Jackson.

I just keep scratching my head why Jackson wasn’t on Ridley. No excuses for Elams play but this coaching staff obviously has more trust in Jackson, why did he get the easier assignment.
